Great Panama Canal experience! The Caribbean Princess is an older ship with great upgrades and a fantastic crew! The Cruise Director was unbelievable and was a huge asset to the fun on the cruise. The waitstaff in the dining rooms were great and worked together to make your ding experience a great one! The ships decor was terrific and the flow of the activity decks seemed you were on a much smaller ship. I loved the International Cafe for there fresh Lattes and service. A great friendly smile to start your day. The Guest Services Desk was always full of employees to help with you issues, not like other cruise lines that have a skeleton crew (NCL) to service your needs.Overall, the Princess cruise line is trying and staying way in front of their competition with there Medallian program which is helping non techy's like me to feel GOOD! I hope they continue to be way in front and accommodating! Thanks Princess Cruise Line! Read Less

I have never been on a cruise before and I came in with little to no expectations and a positive attitude. At first I was overwhelmed with amount of action going on and the small rooms, food etc. But after the initial first day, which was stressful because of flying and nothing with the Princess cruise line, everything worked out. Sure, we did not go on one of our port stops due to weather, but safety was the priorty and I understood that. Also, the staff was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone was so personal, kind and nice! Spoiled me rotten from such great service. Entertainment was great and the whole time I was enjoying, having a blast and was always satisfied with everything. And if at any point I had any issues, they were quickly resolved. The game shows and entertainment was too notch, they have things for kids, teens and in betweens. And obviously adults and older adults as well. We watched a movie outside and ate ice cream, I mean what could be better? So all in all, the best vacation of my life. I would totally reccomend. For a lot of people who complain on these forums, these people are natural complainers so I would take it with a grain of salt. I had an awesome time and would 100000 percent reccommend. Read Less

Totally satisfied with the entire cruise experience! All the Princess Cruise people were so helpful, bent over backwards to help you. Food was excellent, service was excellent! Saw some reviews that the Caribbean Princess was dated. I did not, enjoyed the art, especially deck 6 entry to the theater. Do go at least 30 minutes prior to the events. I would highly recommend the Caribbean Princess, and would sail on it again. Also purchase the shore excursions well in advance they sell out very fast. The Princess cruise excursions were very good. It’s worth any extra costs to book thru them for the security of knowing they will wait for you. We did Panama canal partial crossing, It was sufficient. They went thru 1st 3 locks to Gatoon Lake. They dropped off Princess excursions to buses for all Princess passengers. Did the Old Panama city Pacific side tour with 1 hour stop at original canal Lock. Ship was going thru being pulled by 4 engines. Fascinating, definitely best shore excursion ever. Highly recommend!!!!!! One other note, If you do a tour you only see half the transit thru The new locks, for me it was fine Seeing the original canal lock and Pacific side on the excursion. Trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend! Read Less

Interested in the Panama Canal primarily but the whole itinerary was very appealing. We explored our departure city (Fort Lauderdale) before the cruise (1 night). Embarkation and disembarking was a breeze - so well organized, easy and quick. Ship has been refurbished so looked new. Cabins were typical sizes and there were good dining options on the ship. The entertainment was phenomenal both at the various bars and the theatre. The service at all times at all locations was impeccable. Our cabin was immaculate at all times. The bar service was excellent. The Medallion experience was outstanding. Every cruise line should offer this option on their ships. It made the boarding process so quick and monitoring ship activities or ordering food and drinks anywhere on the ship was so convenient. I would recommend this ship and itinerary. The itinerary included Fort Lauderdale, Panama Canal, Falmouth in Jamaica, Cartegena in Columbia and Limon in Costa Rica. It was a diverse itinerary that covered every interest. Read Less

We were excited to view the new locks, which were made for the larger ships. We first went to listen to the excellent lector in the Princess theater, who told us the history of the building of the canal. It was extremely informative and prepared us to better understand what we would be seeing. We had originally booked a mini-suite, and the perks included were additional credits to spend on the cruise, plus no gratuities (a terrific deal) but were pleasantly surprised to find out a few weeks before sailing that we had been upgraded to a mid-ship Club Class suite at no additional cost. As Club Class guests, we had our own entrance to the dining room every evening, plus an upgraded menu. No waiting with 100 other people to enter, we walked right in. And our position in the dining room was separate from all other passengers. By that I mean that it was in a different area with other club class members. We were really spoiled! The new Medallion technology is wonderful, allowing us to speed through embarkation, which took a whole 10 min. for the 3 of us. Debarkation at the end of the cruise was equally satisfying. We had opted for a Princess shuttle to take us to the airport at the end of the cruise, and it was effortless! About midway through the cruise, I came down with my yearly upper respiratory infection and confined myself to my cabin for a few days, but this was my bad, as I should have brought a prescription with me just in case! Oh well, live and learn. The only shore excursion we had to cancel (the girls wouldn't go without me) was our trek through the rain forest and boat ride through the small canals that run through Costa Rica. I have been there before, so no big deal for me, but I hated to see my companions miss out. They did, however, leave the ship to shop for souvenirs at the port, and upon their return said that they were glad we had cancelled, as it was so darn hot. My only disappointment was in the food, the quality of which was not on a par with Carnival, but this is my opinion. Many things in the ships dining room were excellent, but others were not as good as I've had on other Princess ships. In particular the lobster, which was very chewy and not served with drawn butter! My sister opted for the steak (also extremely chewy) and had to politely bury the chewed pieces under whatever remained on her plate. But the service provided by our little Victoria (from the Ukraine) and her co-worker also from the Ukraine, known only as Bo or Baby was excellent! The food up on the Lido deck was hit or miss as well. Some times a terrific selection, and others just a bit below average. And in my opinion, their soups up on Lido were sub-par and watery. I wish Princess would adopt a real deli where fresh sandwiches could be made as ordered, like Carnival. Their sandwiches were pre-made and somewhat rolled up in butchers paper and standing upright in a large container, which made all of the juices run to the bottom and soak the bread. I was not impressed by the food at all. We did the ship excursion in both Jamaica (Greenwood plantation) and city tour of Catahenia, and both were excellent. We got off the ship in Grand Cayman and took the 2 and 1/2 hour city tour offered at the port for just $25. (same tour offered by excursion desk for $49) and it was also excellent! They took us to 7 mile beach (gorgeous) and we also got to see the people swim with and kiss the dolphins at their center for free. We had a choice of seeing the dolphins, or crossing the street to the turtle center. The tour driver was a fountain of knowledge and we enjoyed the tour very much! Read Less

This was an excellent cruise. The ship was very comfortable, had excellent food and service, and had wonderful entertainment. We stayed on the ship through the locks returning from Gatun Lake to the Caribbean Sea. Fascinating to watch how the lock opens and closes. We were able to get to the viewing area in the very front of the ship, above the bridge! On deck 15, go all the way forward and through the door at the end of the hallway to access this viewing area. Our ports were Falmouth, Jamaica, Cartagena, Columbia, Panama Canal transit, Limon, Costa Rica and George Town, Cayman Islands. We did stop in Cristobal, Panama to pick up passengers who had gone on excursions in Panama. We did an excellent tour with Dora the Explorer, www.cartagenatour.com, in Cartagena. Dora is very enthusiastic about her city, speaks excellent English, runs small group tours and only charges $70 cash for her 4 hour tour. We were able to go to La Popa Monastery on top of the hill which offered stunning views of the whole area. Large buses cannot negotiate the very twisty road to the monastery. We were very interested in seeing the Panama Canal and how the Locks worked! Very exciting and fun! Loved our mini suite, employees were nice, service was quick and easy to get anywhere on the ship. Food was so delicious anywhere we went on the boat. Entertainment was at its best with singing, dancing, games, movies, magic, juggling, comedy off ship excursions were fun, all tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful! Traveled with my husband alone and were go again. The ship was fashionable, but we noticed water leaks inside the eatery, our toilet had to be fixed, but we were provided with a free meal in a restaurant with surf and turf choices! We are ready to go again and have put down our future deposit for the next cruise! We didn’t have to wait to embark the ship and returning to port, we waited about an hour to disembark. Wanted to see how the Panama canals worked. It was really awesome to watch it and later learn the history of its construction from our tour guide of Colon. Felt bad for the French people who started the construction because many died from malaria and yellow fever. As Americans, we are proud that US finished the job, and eventually the Panamanians are managing it. We were satisfied with Caribbean Princess. The shows really surprised and impressed our group. The ship as a whole is really nice. The decor of the main lobby is tasteful. The waitstaff in the dining rooms were friendly, well-trained, efficient and accommodating. This applies to the maitreD at the Coral dining room. The tour excursions Were well-organized, and the tour guides were all knowledgeable of the history and the important information of their respective cities. Wish we had more shopping opportunities. Our group enjoyed the food in the marketplace, Planks and Coral dining room. Services were extraordinary anywhere on the ship. Need I say more! Read Less

We wanted to cruise to the Panama Canal. We selected Caribbean Princess because we had cruised with them 6 times before (on this same ship), but had not been aboard since 2012. Living in Orlando, it was a 3 1/2 hour drive. Embarkation was very fast. Smiling employees show that they are happy to work for Princess, very important to observe. Our cabin was C328 on deck 10 Caribe. Excellent location and great service. Room was clean and great smelling. My wife and I are 70 so location was important to us, and we were quite happy. Princess has a peculiar design and it is very easy to get around without getting lost. Decor was first class as always. This was our first time using the medallion and we loved it. Being connected to the ship was fun, even while waiting for an elevator because there was always a large screen to do things while waiting. Dining was excellent. I was glad that they turned back guests not properly dressed. Service was a 10. Entertainment was a 10. Employees were great and many remembered our names. The ports are well worth visiting. Enjoyed Cartagena Colombia, Panama Canal. Lido deck food was great and varied. The Piazza enjoyable to sit and enjoy. We will definitely travel again. Debarkation was fast, zero problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful ship, great food and entertainment. Read Less

Overall, the vacation was as close to perfect as could be. Even having cruised a few times recently, including one on Princess last year, we were still impressed by the service - we were treated like royalty at every step. Other than one VERY minor negative, absolutely everything was top notch. Details: - SHIP: The ship was clean, well run, and not very crowded even though it was full. Of course, central walkways, pool decks and (very rarely) elevators reflect the amount of crowd, but Princess does a great job of having enough to do around the ship that rarely are spaces crowded. Almost always, we could get a seat at all bars/lounges, shows, and deck chairs (except, of course, those right next to the pool on sea days). We didn't enjoy the late muster drill start, which was delayed by 20 minutes waiting for people to arrive, especially since they offered a second muster drill for folks boarding later. But there was plenty to do, inside and out, and some fun games hosted by the cruise staff. It was easy to maintain cleanliness since there were sinks with soap at the entrance to the buffet and all public restrooms suggested opening the door with a paper towel, and had a receptacle by the door. There were also hand sanitizers around the ship, and there was a discussion on personal cleanliness at the muster drill. Still, you'd occasionally see someone sneezing into their hand or whatever, but you can't control every single person's every move. We didn't get sick, didn't see anyone sick, and didn't hear of anyone getting sick. - ENTERTAINMENT: The production shows were good and the performers extremely talented, but there were no "big name" shows such as on other ships. The one show that seemed to be great was "sold out" for both performances, as early as 45 minutes before showtime, so we missed that. That was the only small disappointment in entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar/lounge entertainment everywhere - a violin duo that played contemporary songs, a guitar player/singer, an amazing piano player, and a classic/soft rock/country duo. We wished we could have gotten to more of them more often! - DINING: We splurged on Club Class and LOVED the dining portion of that benefit. Our dining room staff was top notch and we enjoyed being able to eat at any time with no waiting, while being treated like royalty. There are other perks to Club Class that may or may not appeal to many people, but this by far makes it worthwhile to us. We enjoyed the Crown Grill and Sabatini's and they were both excellent, including service. We availed ourselves of the embarkation day special (BOGO) at Crown Grill; it wasn't full which is why they are promoting it. We tried room service the first day but it wasn't a good choice for us, so we stuck with the MDR on most days. - PORT STOPS: We aren't much into the excursions, but did do a Segway tour of Grand Cayman. That was cool, but mostly because of the Segways. Honestly, we didn't see or learn all that much about Grand Cayman. We stepped off the ship at Falmouth, Jamaica without a planned tour, but it was just a new port district full of jewelry stores and souvenir stops. It's great - clean and safe - if that's the type of stores you're looking for. We didn't get off the ship at Cartegena, Columbia or Limon, Costa Rica. Our view from the ship wasn't very picturesque. - PANAMA CANAL: This is the biggest reason we went, and it did not disappoint. The ship had a destination specialist who gave a talk beforehand that was available on stateroom TVs. The specialist also narrated the entrance to the first lock, which was broadcast outside the ship and on the "ship camera" channel on the TV. There was plenty of time throughout the day to get views from everywhere on the ship, since the transit takes 2.5 hours each way, plus there were a few hours at anchor in Gatun Lake. Besides our balcony, the best spot on the ship to view the passage was the Skywalkers Bar on Deck 18, aft. It was practically empty but had windows all the way around. - FITNESS: The fitness center is small but not too bad. Only one day it was crowded, but of course we avoided it on sea days. I took one exercise class and didn't like it at all - I won't clog up this space explaining why, but if anyone is interested, contact me for details. I didn't like that the walking deck does not go around the entire ship; you have to climb to the next deck. I swam mostly every day, but you can only swim laps in the 2 main pools - the 2 adult pools aren't big enough. However, as soon as you get a few people in the pool, or a couple of kids, swimming laps is tough. - CHILDREN: Please don't skewer me, but we are in the group of people who don't enjoy small kids on cruise ships. There weren't that many kids on this sailing, but to be honest, I wouldn't want to take kids on a Princess ship. It didn't look like there was a lot to do other than go in pools, etc., but I did hear later from someone else that there is a kids' program. Every now and then they got in the way or made noise at the restaurants, but it was way better than the other lines that cater to families. - CLIENTELE: We enjoyed everyone we met; there were LOTS of friendly people. In our 50's, I'd estimate that we are at the young end of the age range, but we enjoyed the group very much. Our favorite thing was to just chat with folks at a bar or restaurant, and we invited another couple to join us for dinner one night later in the trip. Definitely crossed this one off the bucket list. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in seeing the Panama Canal but who doesn't want to spend 2 weeks transiting the entire canal. This trip was a 10-day round trip from Ft. Lauderdale. Read Less

We chose this cruise because we want to see the new locks, and also for the sail date. This was our ninth cruise with Princess. Princess has always delivered first rate service. This was our first cruise using Princess new Ocean Medallion service. The Medallion really enhanced our cruise experience started with check-in. We were on board the ship with in five minuets of arriving at the port. The new internet service was supper fast and a pleasure to use. The staff in the dinning ventures and on board shops were helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. We did feel the Dome car railroad car excursion in Panama was was a big disappointment and very over priced for what we got. The long bus ride to get to the train was terrible and the Dome car it's self cramped and uncomfortable. The box snack was offered at the end of the tour when we are on our way back to the ship. While concerned about the ship's size, large in comparison to our prefered cruise lines,we choose this Caribbean Princess cruise primarily for the itinerary, Panama Canal and Caymans, timing and the cost. Within days we were commenting how much we were enjoying the ship, the great service, food and entertainment! Definitely did not seem like a bigger ship and very impressed with our Vista suite. Since we were in a suite, we could enjoy dining in the Club dining room where the staff and menu were outstanding. We actually, canceled some reservations in the specialty dining rooms because we enjoyed Club dining and found that the additional cost of a suite was well worth enjoying this dining area. The new Medallion program with internet access to daily activities, purchasing of excursions, and room acess was convenient and very useful for keeping up with entertainment options. Also since some reviews had downplayed onboard entertainment, surprised by the quality of the production show, lounge entertainers. While we did not engage in various games, or use the pool areas, as active retirees, we did play pickle ball, dance, play blackjack and listen to the great music. Overall, with 5 days @ sea and 5 days in port, we were able to do as much or as little as we wanted. Only disappointment was the full day, expensive excursion in Panama Canal. Since this was only a partial transit, elected to purchase this so we could transit to the Pacific via a smaller boat. The long bus ride from Gatun Lake to the ferry was very uncomfortable and had a guide who was hard to understand & promoted local "junk". Then herded 200 of us onto the ferry with even worse seats, poor sound system so couldn't hear comments during the 3-hr transit. Read Less

We didn't take any of the shore excursions, but did our own relaxing walk-about on shore. The Panama Canal experience was fun and since we had a balcony, we were able to enjoy the transit without leaving our stateroom. Our stateroom steward was fantastic - anticipated what we needed even before we asked. For example, we had brought a bottle of wine with us and the next thing we knew, there were two wine glasses in our stateroom for us. Embarkation and debarkation were smooth and easy. The selection and caliber of food was good. I was able to find something new every day. The Medallion connection and online information provided the itinerary and activities at my finger tips. The availability of excursions at each port was good. As we left the ship we were given maps and brochures for the location. These were terrific for navigating and finding things to enjoy. There are always areas where one can sit and enjoy the view, with or without entertainment. Plenty of choices to keep as busy as one wants. Great service at all of the bars, and especially recommend Vines which has complementary tapas and sushi. Everything is well thought out to avoid lines. Painless tender experience to Princess Cays and a very organized disembarkation. Not many kids on board and no teens, which is good because I am sure they would be bored to tears. But Princess knows its customer base and provides just what we want. The right mix of formality and tradition with happy, friendly, well trained staff. Although we have sail the Caribbean many times, we had some new ports of call which we enjoyed. Overall, a really great cruising experience. Read Less

The suite was large enough for 3 passengers with plenty of storage and room to walk around. The only issue was the room steward, he was new and it was a problem that was not resolved. Despite having cruised dozens of times with Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Carnival, we have never submitted a review but felt this one was necessary due to our delight with this ship and cruise. I want to begin with a feature that most surprised us due to having read negative reviews. The food was WONDERFUL. We ate almost exclusively at the buffet where the food surpassed any other cruise ship we can remember in variety, quantity, and quality from the first lunch to the last breakfast on the morning of debarkation. Yes, for lunch, there was consistently a large number of sandwiches offered (IN ADDITION to other selections), but it was a smorgasbord of delicious gourmet sandwiches. The buffet was never crowded; your napkin and silverware were waiting at your table; and attentive wait staff quickly brought your beverages to you unless you preferred to get your own. A feature that we experienced for the first time was the Medallion encased in a plastic cover and carried along with your cruise card. Among other uses, it automatically unlocked your door as you approached your cabin if it was anywhere on your person, even in a purse/tote…no more searching for the card or strapping it around your neck. A neck strap was provided, however. The card and Medallion could be removed from the strap and re-hooked to whatever, if desired. The shows were extraordinary…also among the best we had ever seen…and of a wide variety and extreme talent. The costumes were creative and stunning. Every seat in the auditorium faced the stage. Slanted aisles and staggered seating kept your view of the stage from being blocked by a person sitting in front of you. In addition, there were absolutely no columns in the room blocking views. What may be a negative for some, but was a huge plus for us – there were no little drink tables taking up room and waiters did not circulate taking drink orders. A small table could be accessed when lifted from your armrest, however. In addition to news channels, there were TV shows (reruns), dozens upon dozens of new-release movies of every variety, and many documentaries offered on your cabin’s television. The internet speed was the fastest we have ever experienced. Embarkation was speedy and simple. Luggage arrived promptly. Our cabin steward was exceptional from the beginning, even pairing and lining up a pile of shoes we had left in our hurry to dine. The dreaded lifeboat drill was conducted quickly in spacious air-conditioned venues…no crowding, no vests, no heat. The entire ship has recently been updated and is kept unbelievably clean and sparkling. Debarkation at all ports was handled quickly after docking. Final day debarkation was the easiest we have ever experienced. Of interest is that there is no debarkation to see Panama unless one is going on an excursion. We sailed through three locks (very interesting) into the central lake where excursions were tendered to shore. The ship turned around and sailed back through the same locks, stopping at the port to pick up the excursion people. Passengers are allowed to get off the ship at this stop but only to stand next to the ship to see the 3 to 4 tables of crafts. Our superb excursion was to an Embera Indian village - a real village right out of National Geographic, not a mock-up for tourists. There is decent shopping in the Jamaica and Costa Rica ports, but the towns are not worth the trouble to stroll around. Cartehena, Columbia’s port is a lovely jungle park area but not much shopping. A taxi ride of about $20 one way is required to get to the old city which is well worth visiting and strolling…good crafts-type shopping in the old fort and massive flowering vines hanging from beautiful old buildings. Everyone wished there were more time in this port. Grand Cayman is more up-scale in look but basically only factory souvenirs for sale after one tenders into port. Take an excursion. The only facet I would criticize is that the ship’s library is non-existent. There are less than 10 books of fiction written in English, so take your own reading material... preferably paperbacks that you can donate at the end of the cruise. It will rain. Pack several (Dollar Tree) disposable ponchos and a small umbrella. We never noticed insects but used repellent anyway…and sunscreen. Read Less

We had been on many other ships but this was our second Princess cruise and we were on it for 20 days. Our first was to the Mediterranean for 21 days. The ship is large and nicely layout out. The rooms are typical and comfortable. We loved the food and both in the dinning room and the buffet. The entertainment was diverse and my only complaint is the sound level was too high. Some ships do better than others with this. It was also nice that you didn't have to walk through the casino to get to the dinning room. They try for a smoke free night a couple of times during the cruise but that is really a waste. The movie selection for the outdoor theatre is ok. The sad part was the popcorn they served at the beginning of the movie. It is greasy and poor quality. Carnival does a much better job. The hamburger and hotdog station is limited as well as the pizza selections. Read Less

The Medallion Program was rolled out when we boarded the ship, maybe on final test, but the results were life changing for frequent cruisers! For Elite and Platinum cruisers, unlimited internet was provided! The staff said this was temporary, but if Princess will continue with the program, it would definitely tip the scales toward Princess in cruise selection. Each room had an access point, and the internet was blazing fast the ENTIRE cruise. It was unbelievable! We were video chatting, streaming Netflix, watching ballgames, etc-day and night-port and sea days. Also, the room keys were personalized medallion disks-it was so handy to have your stateroom door automatically unlocked upon your approach with the medallion. So far, they were all the same color, but I understand Princess is going to customize by loyalty in the future. Also, there are electronic bulletin boards throughout that were great fun. Finally, ordering breakfast and checking my account balance electronically was super easy and efficient. Princess, it has taken a while on the roll out, but congratulations. I think you have a winner! Read Less

I really enjoyed this cruise. The food was above average. There was a good selection on the menu. The buffet was average. Ports were wonderful. Six ports in six days kept us hopping. The two sea days at the end of the cruise gave us time to recover. The weather was great. Only one short rain storm. Pool lounge chairs were available when we decided to lay in the sun. Cabin Stewart did a good job keeping us well taken care of. He offered advice that was very helpful. I really enjoyed the ship activities such as trivia and other games, particularly on the sea days. The cruise director’s staff was excellent. Jace, Dan, and Kelly were particularly entertaining. This is a great itinerary. I would do this cruise again. I met a good number of people on this cruise. This really made the cruise more enjoyable. The new tv In the cabin had a much wider selection of shows and movies for when we were winding down at night. The decor in the cabins was nice. You could tell that there had been recent work on the ship. The shows in the theater were mixed. I did not see a song and dance show like I usually see. The pianist was awesome. The Bravo show was ok. It was more of an opera show than a musical I am used to. Karaoke was good and the Voice of the Ocean was excellent. Overall, this was a great cruise. Read Less

I wanted to sail through the new canal. An excursion allowed me to also travel through the old canal. It was a thrill. I liked the improvements made since my last cruise on Princess. The food was much better and I really liked being able to communicate with those in my group through the Princess internet. What a fantastic idea. The service was fantastic. Our dining room experience was wonderful thanks to Hector Del Sola, our waiter and I Kadek, our Jr waiter. They were most kind and made wonderful suggestions. Our cabin was clean and refreshed often. I was disappointed that one of my excursions was canceled. I chose another but had really wanted to see the dolphins. On one of my excursions, a tour member had her purse stolen. That caused me to be fearful of taking excursions. I did think that embarkation was a mess. Never had an experience like that before. I don’t know if it is just the Ft Lauderdale port? There were plenty of things to do on the ship. Read Less

Princess did an outstanding job on this itinerary from day 1 to day 10, it was perfect. The staff in the lounges, restaurants and housekeeping were a "10" cum-laude. Too bad I cannot say the same for the pay-outs at the gaming tables, perhaps it was my fault not knowing when to quit. LOL My compliments to Angelo the Maitre 'D and Guido your Executive Chef who ran a great service in and out of the kitchen. We started with a group of 16 but unfortunately one of the couple after three days had to abandon the cruise for a death in the family and Princess' Staff went out of their way to book their flights from Cartagena to Miami and then onto Las Vegas, provided a transfer and refunded their pre-arranged execursions. The entire staff excelled in an outstanding way and we were all very thankful for this support. Thank you Read Less

We enjoyed not having to plan meals, transportation and accommodations to visit all the places we saw. Knowing we were in a safe spot every night and didn’t have to pack and unpack. We enjoyed the excursions and made lots of memories! Booking the excursions through that ship made things easy. Transportation was secure and the guides were all helpful. We only dined in the dining room is once and took advantage of the buffet the rest of the time. The food was always fresh and lots of variety to choose from. It changes every day so it was fun to see what kind of things they offered. The chefs were so accommodating and approachable. The ship itself was clean and well-maintained. Being so many floors the elevators were always easily assessable throughout the ship. It was nice to have scheduled activities on the boat. We are younger couple in comparison to a lot of the other cruisers but we still enjoyed many of the activities. We took advantage of a couple of the fitness classes that was offered in the fitness center. It was nice to have lazy poolside days. The servers were very attentive and would bring drinks right to you. Now that we’re back home it took a couple days to recover from vertigo of being on the boat. We never felt it when we were on the ship. I look forward to cruising again! Read Less
