We had an adequate transatlantic crossing. It had some good points, but overall was just OK. Embarkation was 4 hours late in starting, no heat for days despite 40 degrees outside. Numerous calls and visits to desk were put on back burner. Excursion very expensive and the worst we've ever taken. Taken to Paris given ticket and when clearing security us, and several others were dumped no guide no group.
