Awful!!!!!

Review for Allure of the Seas to Caribbean - Southern

We have not even sailed yet and I am so frustrated I want to leave. Every restaurant is booked. Here’s the big kicker: I PAID for two alcohol packages and a juice package. I have proof that I paid for it. They don’t show it and because they don’t see it they are not honoring my proof. I am now expected to pay for the packages twice!!! Never again will I book with Royal Caribbean! Only after they ...

Sad Experimente compared to 2012

Review for Celebrity Equinox to Caribbean - Southern

We want to keep this short: Staff is still an 8 out of 10. Thank you, Celebrity Cruises. We have now decided to not book Celebrity again due to one big problem and a few small. The big problem is the food. Main Dining Room was so bad on 6 out of 12 nights. The other nights were - let's say okay. Nothing compares to years ago. It's just sad and bad. Further problems included ...

We chose this cruise based on the ship and the length of time for the trip which was 12 nights. There were many good things about this adventure such as the solarium and the service…the staff really works hard to keep everyone happy. We ate at 2 specialty restaurants called Tuscan and Murano and the food and service was excellent…there were 4 in our group and we all felt the meal at Murano was the ...

Our best cruise ever!

Review for Celebrity Apex to Caribbean - Eastern

We just came off the Apex sailing (4/23/22-4/30/22) and would like to comment on the entire experience. The ship is a marvel. The way it is laid out (the Edge class) made movement about the ship easy and not crowded. Granted we sailed less than capacity (2,200 out of 2,900). We were impressed with the way dining rooms were spaced. We had chosen Aqua class and enjoyed our breakfasts and ...

What Luxury?

I am being held captive on Celebrity Apex. I tested positive for Covid while on the ship. (I tested negative before getting on the ship.) I am quarantined to my stateroom. My wife (who tested negative) was moved to another room. BTW, there are no mask protocols for guests on this ship. It's as if Covid doesn't exist. Eating room service is horrible. Their room service menu is the ...

This is our second cruise since the re-start of cruising. We choose the Apex because being a new ship and Celebrity Cruises loyal guests . This ship is absolutely beautiful and the service by the crew is outstanding. We were very well served by all, servers in the four main dining rooms, the bartenders our stateroom attendant. He spoke French so a big plus for us. The shows were very good and I ...

We’ve cruised all the major brands and offer the following Pros/Cons for Celebrity Apex versus the others. Also we have included a few suggestions to help you get the most of your cruise if you pick this ship. Overall we enjoyed the cruise but we were expecting more given the elevated price. Pros: 1) Best embarkation….if you complete paperwork ahead of time the entire process takes 10 min ...

We thought It was luxury but the rooms are small, the food nothing special and every thing else meh. The extremely strenuous shore excursion was tennis shoes and a nature walk. Beyond disappointing. So bad, will never cruise again and we are RCCL Diamond (close to Diamond Plus). We had 3 more cruises booked, cancelled them all. We were aqua class, not worth it. Spa was packed all the ...

Horrible experience for a suite passenger

Very disappointing experience! We boarded the ship and went to the Retreat, as we had some questions pertaining to booked on-line ship experiences, that we had received no information on. An 'assistant' to the concierge attempted to assist us. I had questions regarding the Mixology 101 class that we booked, as well as our Deal or No Deal tickets. She informed us that the Mixology class was ...

Embarkation was quick and we were able to get right on the ship. We chose this cruise because we had cruised on this ship twice before and to join friends who had also cruised on this ship in the past. The itinerary was the same as most eastern Caribbean cruises but docked at San Juan at 2:00PM which suited us since we like to go for cappiccino coffee. The crew that we encountered were awesome! ...
