This cruise was quite telling about the degree of cutbacks Princess is implementing trying to regain financial stability at the expense of decreasing the quality of goods and services provided. At first, it did not make too much of a difference in not having any stationary or writing instrument in the cabin but then the soap bars disappeared. Now with the new medallions for the medallion class ...

We thought the itinerary would be a great summer escape from the heat and it was! Except for two hours it took to get onboard and the sliding glass door being shattered on our mini-suite balcony. This cruise is much different than expected. Upon landing in Fort Lauderdale Princess personnel provided little assistance other than yelling, herding, and selling transfer vouchers. The voucher for transportation between ...

We have sailed twice with Princess , but never again, a good itinerary, on paper not matched by poor and expensive excursions, our last cruise around Japan for the summer festivals was magical , the dining was top class, the excursions pricey but well done a good cruise experience ,although with poor and limited entertainment it had an old feel to ...
