I could not be more upset about our experience on this ship.
Starting with the staff: Other than the gentleman that kept up our room and our main dining wait staff everyone was rude, and underwhelming. I loved this ship two years ago two celebrate my wedding anniversary. We wanted to return with friends. Tut he ship is a beautiful ship, very expensive and they have not taken care of it. The Allure of the Seas is a massive ship that feels much smaller than it is.

Ship is huge, knew that in advance, but some of the things that I've come to enjoy about cruising, such as walking outside and listening to the waves, is just not possible.
