My wife and I have been addicted to cruising ever since our first one. Since the first one we have been adding people to our cruise trips (currently 20 guest on last week's cruise on freedom of the seas).
This was until our 4th cruise. All 4 cruises have been with Royal Caribbean, Independnce, liberty,Oasis, and Freedom.
We are disapointed to say we will problybe looking at destination ...
I was very hesitant to go on a cruise, however my loving husband convinced me that everything would be alright. We took a chance and book our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. To our surprise, our cruise surpassed our expectations for customer service. The staff was very attentive, the dining experience was top-notch oh and the stateroom attendant went above and beyond to ensure that our room ...
We have sailed on the Freedom of the Seas twice before this cruise and have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the ports of call, and the ship's amenities. This cruise was with my sister and brother and our spouses, to celebrate my sister's bday. Although well maintained and clean, Freedom is beginning to show her age and looks a little tired. Also, as the more experienced staff move on ...
April 2018 was our second time on Freedom of the Seas, the first time was a bit over two years ago. I’m going to review her as if it were the first time. Some facts about Freedom of the Seas are that she’s 185 feet wide and 1,112 Feet long. She has 1,891 total staterooms, holds 4,515 guests and 1,360 international crew. Her maiden voyage was on May 11, 2006 and her Godmother is Katherine ...
I went on this cruise with family and friends to celebrate a few birthdays. The ship was the perfect size to get around and we were always able to find each other easily. There is so much to do for everyone, including the 3 children in our party. The kids were kept very busy with the arcade, pools, splash parks and flow rider, kids lounge and teen disco. They also enjoyed the movies at the pool in ...
This was our second cruise as a married couple. We took our nephew who is 15, and lives with us permanently. We all had so much fun that we can't wait to do another cruise together. The Freedom is a marvelous ship. There was plenty of activities for our teenager, and after his first meet with the teen club, he wanted to hang out with his friends daily. As a family, we enjoyed the ice skating, ...
Freedom of the Seas is still a beautiful ship in every way. We have traveled on her sister ships ( Independence and Liberty) many times but 1st time on Freedom.
We arrived at the port quite early and had to wait about 45 min. was not impressed with the terminal but there were signs stating that future plans include renovation. Once on the ship we very impressed with how clean everything was. ...
We wanted a smaller ship and different entertainment. We cruise for the entertainment. You can only see the same islands so many times and buy so many t-shirts. We have been on all the ships on the Oasis level, seen all the shows- wanted something different. Don't want to see the same shows over and over again. Very pleasantly surprised to find the entertainment enjoyable. Loved the music on the ...
We are from California attending another event and wanted to maximize our trip, so this cruise fit great in our schedule.
We did not pay extra for beverages, upgraded dining or on board excursions.
We were not impressed with the ports. We have visited Mexico many times and didn’t see anything interesting.
We would have loved to see more in some of the ports but the excursions we were ...
Wanted to try a Freedom Class ship after sailing 3 times on Oasis Class ships. A little more relaxed but much needed! The staff onboard this ship is pretty amazing! Crispolo in the Main Dining room was so fun and friendly and Eduardo at the Solarium Bar was outstanding! Our food in the Main Dining room was amazing. Tried a few new things and enjoyed them. If you are in the market for a ...
