It started to go wrong on the second evening at dinner. Three people on my table had the lamb which came with shards of bone in each mouthful. The Maitre D was not bothered. This was my first cruise experience which I most definitely will not be repeating. Boarding at Southampton was like waiting to board a ferry, sat in the car along side the ship for an hour in an enormous queue. Celebrity has gone downhill in every way possible, their employees are disengaged & the service is no where close to where it was in the past. We chose this cruise for a little autumn sun in the Canary Islands and having been on Silhouette before in the Caribbean saw it as the perfect fit--or so we thought.
