Once I have said that the crew were excellent and the food really good I have said all the positive things I could say about this cruise. The ship was just not up to standard. I do not know how some of the passengers were able to shower as the shower cubical was so tiny. We are experienced cruisers and had never sailed on MSC before. When we saw an attractive offer we thought we'd try them. The Armonia is one of their oldest ships and in need of a major refreshment. This was cruise number 19 for Fred & Lily and as much fun as all our other Caribbean cruises where we're just happy to get away from the Canadian winter for a short time.

Embarkation was smooth and quick. We used a kiosk to register our credit card for use with our cruise card, upon embarkation. The lines were sort of long (understandably). The kiosks were confusing and difficult to use.

My wife and I have been on this ship several times. We had a deck 9 balcony cabin which was good. Nice quiet cabin. The railing outside needed to be refinished. other wise as expected.
