They are friendly and leave a genuine impression that they are trying to give you a great vacation experience. Without going into a lengthy explanation here are the higlights: 1. The food was horrible in every restaurant except Izumi and CHOPS (those cost extra). After an awful cruise on Oasis of the Seas we were looking forward as a family to go onto Explorer of the Seas. I choose this cruise because of the destinations the price and the dates. I had an inside cabin for 3 people. I was surprised on how spacious it was which included a sofa.
