The Explorer of the Seas is a beautiful ship. We loved the coziness of it. Embarkation was a cluster and many waited a long time! Lack of staff was part of the issue. Dining each night took 2 solid hours, and the food was not RC's standard. We were told that the ship was extremely low on staff, and other staff were pulled into dining to cover. I had missed the port earlier in the year due to civil unrest, and chose this particular sailing (6 days) due to the ports and pricing.
