This is the third time we have been on the Explorer of the Seas. As many folks know this ship will be out of service soon, to be refurbished and updated, etc. It is very obvious that it is in need of this reno. The ship left/returned to Bayonne, NJ. I loved this cruise. The Explorer of the Seas may be an older ship but the last RCI ship I sailed on was the Vision of the Seas, and that one hadn't been renovated yet! The EOS was a much bigger ship, grander and more impressive. It even had a ice skating rink!
