Having been on many different cruise lines over the past 10 years we purposely chose Royal Caribbean because we were taking our 13 month Grandson and RCI brochure States the Explorer of the Seas if a family freindly ship. Therefore we expected a child freindly environment, how wrong was we. Babies/toddlers can only use the pools if they are 100% toilet trained they are not allowed to wear swimming ...
