1st cruise ever, we chose a short one. We will be back...longer! Room with balcony of sits and table. Excellent service room care. Dining service of care, especially Gluten Free issues for us, was passionate and delicious. So many eating areas available; main dinning room, Windjamer buffet just two of the many we loved. Outside and inside pools, decks and decks outside sitting. So many shows in theatre and bars/lounges. Casino and fun games in bars/lounges. Honestly if you couldn't find it...just ask. Need assistance, just ask...doctor and three nurses. Transfer to islands so easy. Options for the islands are there. Walk, ride via carriage, bus, taxi, tours...pick what you want. Food, beaches, souvenirs. How about ride to the ocean and ride submarine to see the fish, turtles and corals. Ask Bahama people where THEY go to eat out. Anyone can eat McDonald's...you should eat Conch food or local fish, the local way. You will be thrilled. Not an activity person? Enjoy relaxation and food, you will be thrilled. Read Less

There was some construction and restoration of the boat going on and a few bad odors on board.... But overall good, entertainment was great! Embarkation was fantastic, disembarkation was okay... Can't wait for construction completion of Coco Cat! It will be nice, I'm sure! Shops too expensive in comparison to quality and photo packages too pricey! Didn't really care for the battle of the sexes activities. The music entertainment was fantastic! The alcoholic beverages seemed watered down not worth the price. Beverage packages not ideal. This entire trip and cruise was amazing! Top notch customer service throughout the ship. Great people on the ship! and my cruise was FREE!! I plan to be taking a cruise from here on twice a year! I prefer Royal Caribbean ships due to the ages of those cruising on RC ships opposed to other competitors. The entertainment on the ship was great! The dining experience with our wait staff was superb! We loved the last night at dinner; TN was recognized and thanked as the dining staff sang a song to us all. The embarkation's were pleasantly quick, and easy to get on and off the ship! The temperature throughout the ship was also perfect! Thank you for providing good quality shampoo as well as a hair dryer. My wife & I went on this cruise as part of the Tribe Tambor House Music Cruise 2018 as we missed last year's inaugural event. This was my 1st cruise ever & my wife's 2nd cruise experience. The Enchantment of the Seas is an older midsize cruise ship but considering that this was my 1st cruise it appeared huge to me. Ship was well maintained and clean. Our cabin was located on the 2nd deckr port side forward. I've read previous tips that being that close to the anchor would bother your sleep but honestly my wife & I never heard the anchor being dropped. Guess we were too tired from the late night activites..lol. Overall we were very pleased with our stateroom. Overall dining experience was pleasant. The buffet selections at the Windjammer were pretty good. The only issue we had was trying to find a seat when everyone is trying to eat at the same time..lol. The dining experience at My Fair Lady was top notch from the courses offered to the service provided. Overall we were very pleased with the experience, so much so that we're planning to go on an Alaskan Cruise for our 60th birthdays in 2020. Read Less

The friendliness of the captain and crew director. We did not do a shore excursion this time but definitely will next time. I also love the islands! The waters and food there nothing like it! I came in with high expectations for my first cruise and found the ship to be a little outdated. Almost every day there were some elevators not working. Drink machines were being serviced or out of order most of the time. The food in the buffet was a little stale and bland. The orange juice containers were empty or watered down most of the time. The tables most of the time had used plates and cups and wasn’t cleaned off so there was limited seating. The buffet section was not enjoyable. Diner service was outstanding however. Getting on and off the ship was not bad at all. Very organized and helpful. Drink packages were the way to go if you are a drinker. Drinks were $9 - $13 so drinking 50 drinks during your 4 nights cane be $$$. Pool chairs were a little hard to come by as people would claim their space and be gone for hours. I would try Royal again but maybe another ship. Read Less

This cruise was chosen to celebrate 20 plus years of friendship. The embarkation was smooth, but the disembarkation was not as smooth. The disconnect came when we had to pack up our Halloween costumes before the party was over in order to set our suitcases outside our stateroom. All sailed guests (over the age of 18) were welcomed to provide their email address to keep in touch after leaving the ship. I would recommend spending the extra money for the beverage package. Also, having the internet package available proved necessary. If you have the opportunity, take part in the Bingo game. The game of Bingo was great. We purchased a game board when was basically an Ipad. The game was run automatically and was super fun. The survey was submitted a day or two after our return. Although, people may use the cruise as a break from smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other computers, just make sure you pack your chargers. Read Less

I really enjoyed looking forward to the sunrises and sunsets daily off the deck. My group is still talking about the trip a week after we all got home. Loved every bit of it!!! I have never cruised with any other cruise line for I am really loyal to Royal Caribbean. The Port of Miami is large as heck but very organized. Checking in was a breeze!!! I say from the time we got out the transportation van, walked up the ramp, did verification process, proceeded to checking in, and then headed straight to the bar before departure, all with an hour time. Loved it!!!! I traveled with a group of FB friends that turned out to be strangers in the beginning of the trip, but within 4 days became family. SO MANY ISSUES- SO LITTLE SPACE. The constant closing of and working on the pools, railings and other parts of the boat with smelly toxic materials while we were on-board did not make for a great experience. Parts were falling off in our shower and it was a magic trick to flush the toilet. We were told our room would have a panoramic view, but their definition of panoramic was a "big window". Gotta love the extra $400 per person for that big window. There was a total of 50 people in my family reunion party and collectively we did not feel that we received what we paid for. Moreover we were constantly being asked to pay more money for every other thing. The on-board activities and attractions on the boat were anything but "enchanting". A few of the on-board talent was absolutely horrible. For example, the two women who performed in the Schooner lounge on Wednesday night was bad enough for at least 22 people to leave. While there were some really nice on-board staff with shinning personalities, many of them (especially at guest services) acted like they did not want to be bothered and were unhelpful. There was constant conflicting information from staff when presenting a problem, concern or just seeking clarifying information. Read Less

I chose Royal Caribbean because of the places the "Enchantment of the Seas" was going and the ship looked beautiful online and from word of mouth Royal Caribbean is the better choice for my kids age. We went to 3 different islands which were great! The Royal Caribbean agent expressed how kid friendly the ship was and that there would be a lot of activities for the kids. My 17 year old daughters had a great time, but felt that there were not a lot of activities for their age group. Either is was for kids much younger than they are or activities/entertainment was for older age groups. For example, the club was for 18 and over. The should have been able to at least experience the club, since the bartenders are supposed to check the sea-pass card for age. I on the other hand, along with my husband felt that there was just enough activities for our group. We were so exhausted by the end of the night. Every night we were not in our cabin earlier than 2 am. I would definitely travel again with Royal Caribbean for a shorter trip. Read Less

I chose this cruise because it fit the time frame I needed for departure and return. I was a little disappointed that the ship was much smaller than previous cruises I have taken on RC. I guess I could have done better research and found out the size and age of the ship. It would be nice if there was a system that explained or indicated this during the booking process. If there is a system already in place it needs to be showcased better. I really do like RC and probably won't venture out much if at all to other cruise lines. I purchased the beverage package but didn't find out til after the cruise that it could be used at Starbucks on the ship, this would have been helpful to know, as my wife loves their coffee. Nonetheless, RC is a great company and they run a clean and professional operation. They are an excellent choice for family's and friends to experience new places. We had an absolutely enjoyable cruise. The staff on board was very friendly, professional and courteous. The rooms and ship were very clean. The Enchantment of the Seas is an older boat with not as many onboard activities as some of the newer boats, but there is still plenty to do. There was a wide variety of shore excursions, and our experience on Coco Cay Beach was a 10! The ship offered a wide variety of entertainment options at night ranging from comedians to singers to productions. Our group had teenagers who enjoyed the dance parties, and we always felt comfortable with them roaming the ship without a chaperone. As for the food, the food in their casual dining area had a good variety and good quality. For dinner, would definitely recommend dining in the main dining hall. High quality three course meal with enough options for all ages. There was even stuff for the pickiest eaters in our group. Read Less

Management was not customer service driven. Multiple staff members were rude and or disrespectful. Missed shore excursions due to being stuck dealing with guest relations telling me what can't do. I was disappointed by my overall experience with this ship. I spent 2 of my 3 days inconvenienced and unable to carry out my intentional plans. My guests and I were not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the ship. This is not a ship I would recommend to anyone looking to have a pleasant traveling experience. Their customer service needs to be put on the top of the list for training and professional development as they are lacking tremendously in this key area of service. This cruise was chosen by the planner and organize and was a superb choice, to say the least. It was amazing how the crew organized and carried out the life vest demonstration. There were 2500+ passengers on this cruise and with the exception of the passengers who were left behind in Miami - everyone was accounted for. The ship is beautifully decorated with lots of ambience. There are lots of comfortable sitting and lounging areas throughout. Wonderful artwork, if you could find the time to enjoy between all of the activities. I had a large cabin for two people and it was nicely decorated and was very comfortable. Plenty of soft lighting inside cabins which are needed because inside cabins are pitch black when all lights are off. The dining was superb! All meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner had enough variety to appease most people. The dinner menus were superb. If you love food - it's true what's been said about cruises "the food never ends." Since I was on the cruise with Tribe/Tambor Cruise 2017, I found the events were perfectly timed and planned. There were early evening parties as well as late-night after hours parties. The HouseHeads were happy, which isn't hard as long as they could dance, dance, dance! The Spotlight and the Viking Lounge served as our gathering locations. The sound systems were awesome. Both locations had lots of seating for relaxing and lounging and provided ample dancing spaces for this enormous group. There were lots of engaging activities for kids, young adults, and others. No one should have been bored. That's right . . . there was never a dull moment aboard "Enchantment of the Seas!" Service was exceptional across the board. From dining, housekeeping and customer service including maintenance. There was a slow drainage in the bathroom sink and it was taken care of shortly after being reported. The same when the shower water was not hot enough. The staff provided service with a smile and seemed relatively happy to help in any way they could. The gratuities paid per day, per person was well worth it - to me. No matter what - you are going to pay them. We were a little sad about not making it to Cococay due to weather conditions. We were glad the captain chose to err on the side of caution. Still, everybody in my group had a wonderful time and there were 500+ of us. We were a Tribe! And as long as we were able to dance, there was nothing that could bring us down. We were partying on the Atlantic! Water is expensive if you're thinking about buying any. I opted not to. The filtered water provided by the ship worked out fine for me and I drank plenty of it! It was the only thing I drank. It was FREE! I did not want to be shocked once I disembarked. If you go on a cruise and don't look for things to complain about, you can have a fabulous time, like I did! It was my first and I must say it was a positive experience. Don't forget earplugs because they are priceless on a cruise ship, especially a party ship. The thing to do is tire yourself out, that way you can sleep like a corpse and no matter how much noise is going on around you, you will be able to sleep and sleep deeply. What the hell, sleep when you're dead. That's how you have an enjoyable cruise! Read Less

We went on the cruise with a small group. Because we have went on several cruises in the past, we were able to know what to expect, and where this particular cruise stacked up in regards to others. It is solidly at the very bottom of the list. First, we waited at the airport of our pre-arranged transfer with RC for over an hour and a half. Once we finally arrived at the terminal, we were able to get through the embarkation process fairly quickly, but right before the sail off. The ship was more crowded than any ship we have ever been on. There literally wasn't a chair to be found many times. In the Windjammer, repeatedly people would be told over the loudspeaker to quickly eat and vacate their tables so that others could eat. Not exactly a relaxing dining experience. The noise was deafening and constantly the waiters were dropping plates, and silverware. One even dropped a full glass and it splashed all over a lady sitting nearby from head to toe at our first meal there! At least it was just water..... There simply was not enough room for all of the people to eat. The only other dining option is the formal dining room, and it wasn't open for every meal. There is a small sandwich area, but usually one person working and a very long line. You would have to wait for a very long time to get even a yogurt, or a bowl of oatmeal, because she had to serve each person individually. It was strange and terribly inefficient. We went there only once because, despite the compass saying the Windjammer would be open at 6:30 for an "early-bird" breakfast, it was not. We stood in line for quite awhile. The sole lady working at the counter did the best she could with a huge smile on her face, but she really needed help! Or, at least some of the things should have been self serve! We both asked for panini breakfast sandwiches. She put them one the grill and served them to us. After we sat down, my husband's was missing he egg totally, so I opened mine to try to give him part of my egg. It was as cold as if it had been in a refrigerator!!! We sadly left our food and walked away. I assume due to the large crowd she was having to really hurry and just couldn't leave it in long enough to fully heat it. We walked back to the Windjammer, but the line to go in was going down two flights of stairs and they still had not opened. We ended up just not eating breakfast as we had to report for our excursion by 7:30. (Although, once there we waited for over an hour just sitting, so I guess we could have eaten!) The food in the dining room at night was very good. Our waiter, Domingo, was exceptional. We ate at Chops one night, but I personally didn't think it was any better than the dining room. It was quieter though. The main dining room is so cram packed with trying to fit way too many people in that you can barely get around and the noise is truly deafening. It was hard for us to even hear our waiter speak. The only other dining option is the Windjammer. Our itinerary that was originally given was not followed AT ALL. We were supposed to go to Nassau first, get there early in the morning, and stay all day until midnight. That did not happen. Instead, we were told that we were going to CocoCay first....with no explanation as to why it changed. That did not happen. High winds and waves were blamed and we were told that they could not tender us in. We sailed by it and arrived in Nassau after dark, when all the shops were closed, and you couldn't see a thing. They only gave us until 3pm the next day. Unfortunately, we booked a Segway tour on the "Blue Lagoon" Island tour and it took our entire time. VERY disappointed in this tour. First of all, they wouldn't give us a straight answer on the ship as to whether or not we both had spots on it. They made us come back three different time, wait in a very long and slow moving line, and ask there were spots for both of us. Finally, they said they would call us. They didn't. Secondly, we were told to report to an area at 7:30 am for our excursion. We sat there for over an hour! Then we were marched outside and stood for another very extended period of time waiting on our water transport to take us to the island. After getting on, we sailed for awhile and then stopped at another place to pick up more people! We finally arrived at the Blue Lagoon Island and by then has wasted a ton of time when we could have been doing something else. The Segway tour was ridiculous! We only traveled maybe 1/4 of a mile in all! At a speed that was so slow you could probably have walked faster! They made us get off and showed us a couple of landmarks and then we went back. That was it! Crazy! So disappointing! The island had a little water area (not a beach on the ocean) and one overpriced restaurant selling gross-looking burgers and hotdogs for crazy high prices. I finally bought a bag of pretzels and it was $8!! We finally left and the boat again took people back to the other stop before taking us and it wasted time. By the time we got to Nassau, it was nearly time to re-board and we had to get back on. We never really got to see Nassau at all. So much for our Bahamas Cruise. Terribly disappointing. The entertainment on the ship was ok. We saw a couple of shows, pretty costumes, the usual dancers. I had trouble staying awake. We did enjoy the juggler/comedians. The ship itself is nothing remarkable at all. Walking the narrow hallways to our room, you had to navigate around all of the housekeeping carts and bags of laundry that we always on the floor in the halls. All day, every day. Never seen anything like it. There was a sewage-type smell in many, many areas. I saw cigarette butts in many places (people seem to just smoke anywhere and nobody says a word! Grr!) and crushed food in the stairways that didn't get cleaned up all day. The gym is the smallest gym I have ever seen on a cruise ship and horribly HOT. The jogging track is filled with people and closed half the time due to the rock climbing wall. The "walking track" on deck 5 was constantly filled with smokers and it is permanently closed off at one end anyway, so what is the point! If you want to run, do it early, and the mileage on the jogging track is .33, so every three laps will get you a mile. I ran my fastest 5K ever up there one morning! We did get to enjoy KeyWest and I prearranged some quality hybrid bikes through "WeCycle" and they had them waiting for us. Best bike rental we have ever had! Only $15 each too! It is difficult to ride in the shopping area, due to crowds and traffic, but you can ride for miles along the ocean and I really enjoyed it! The disembarking was ridiculously unorganized, with staff giving out contradictory instructions. We carried all of our luggage from one end of the ship to another and up and down flights of stairs due to this. It was frustrating. At the cruise terminal they separated us because the forced my husband to wait for a small elevator instead of going down the escalator with me because he had luggage and that upset us as we managed escalators just fine at the airport. I waited a LONG time for him because it as a small and slow elevator and he was in a long line. In summary, this truly was a very disappointing cruise. The others in our group had never been on a cruise before and have now said they never will again. We know how much better it can be and should have been. So very disappointed. Read Less

Just back this morning from our cruise on the Enchantment. There were 11 of us oldies but goldies onboard for a reunion gathering. Oh what fun we had!!!!!!! The ship was lovely, the staterooms nice, the food amazing, the service incredible, it could not have been better! Add a couple of sea days, and wow, how could you beat it? The entertainers were great -- such wonderful voices and dancers. The comedian was funny -- went to his adults-only show and enjoyed it. Our group had late dining (8:30pm), and our server, Domingos, was phenomenal. He was totally accommodating and he and his helper were very efficient. And fun! The food choices were great. The last night there was a special added selection, a lobster tail for an extra $10 if you wanted it. We had such good food!!!! Our compliments to the chef! The dance bands were terrific, and we loved them all. The Centrum was THE place to be for lots of fun. Which is what a party cruise should be. We ranged from age 61-76, never too old to have fun! We are Diamond, and the amenities were FABULOUS! OK -- we LOVED it! Can't wait to cruise on this ship again. Disembarking -- well, that was horrible. Something at the port of Miami was upside down, and 2 ships had to have the passengers carry their bags from one terminal to another, very difficult to manage, very annoying, but our driver away from the port said that was not normal. So we're forgiving that! We survived. Read Less

They did not warn me of this as it was very difficult walking the distance in my wedding gown and would have worn more comfortable shoes had I known. - We never received a wedding photographer that was part of the package. - Laptop was not provided as listed in our wedding confirmation. - The ipod dock used at the ceremony was old and not compatible with our phones (was told we could bring ANY apple ipod/phone to play music) so we didn't even end up using it even though we paid for it!! - Sound system to play ipod was NOT WORKING (event planner had to bring in small portable speaker to play music and was not loud enough to hear music - Event planner played the WRONG ceremony music!! - Arch was set up in an area really CLOSE TO PUBLIC GARBAGE can and was VERY visually DISPLEASING!!! - Event planner was not aware of when guests were arriving when I had instructed her to let me know when they were about to arrive which resulted in me having to race back into the car but guests had already arrived in the parking lot by then and saw me. - Event planner was not informative as to how the order of the wedding was going to go and everything was rushed and very chaotic!! - Food for the reception was terrible and cold. There wasn't enough food to serve 38 guests which left some guests not being able to have a main. Since we paid additional for the gold buffet package, we would expect there to be enough food and to be better than the main dining/windjammer but it was very very disappointing. - I was unaware and very disappointed to find out the day before that the reception area would not be arranged to have tables and chairs set up and that the lounge arrangement would remain as a lounge layout! When I had a phone call appointment with the event planner, i was told that the table arrangements would be made with the event planner on cruise but nothing was done. If I had known all of this I would have NOT done my once in a lifetime wedding with Royal Caribbean. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to do their wedding or go to this cruise based on my first time experience with them. Since it was my very first cruise experience I would think that because I have nothing to compare to that it would be good but I regret doing my wedding with Royal Caribbean completely. The whole experience was unorganized, disappointing and a huge embarrassment. Read Less

yes this ship is older. It could use a little refreshment in few places but I loved every part of it. It was the perfect size for our group. We could move around and had space to party everywhere we went. I loved the art fixtures everywhere. The color schemes. It wasn't too big. I've done this itinerary many times so I knew what was to be expected but this ship replaced the majesty so it was new to me. We got a free balcony upgrade to 7542. The biggest and best stateroom I've ever had and I had a balcony on the adventure of the seas. Plenty of storage space and a nice set up. A couple rust stains on the balcony. The room was exceptionally clean and our room attendant Pedro took good care of us. The dining onboard was better than expected. The windjammer was pretty good but got crowded during breakfast. The dining hall fair was better and more calm. Especially for breakfast. Chops grill was shockingly good. Wish we had gone back. We had a 75 dollar credit so it was free. The deli in the solarium was good but late night there was a line at times. You could get paninis and pizza. A nacho bar opened late and was good. Bar service was superb. The pool bar was the best for drinks. The weather casted a shadow on the cruise. The wind made us miss coco cay which is the best part of the cruise to me. But it wasn't crowed onboard for the day at sea. We enjoyed the extra time in Key West. This ship has a classic flair that I love. From the centrum to the pool deck. The solarium to the 2 story Dining hall. I loved it and we definitely cruise on this ship again. Read Less

Dinner was amazing service. Our server, Joao, was exemplary in his service, treated us very well. 10/10 experience at dinner and kept me going back every night instead of the buffet. Food selection was good and his recommendations were on point. Being served steak two nights in a row was a bit much for me however, so I decided to choose his recommendation of the chicken marsala on day three. All the foods were on point and I'm glad to have taken his recommendations. Outside of food, services on the ship itself was quite good. There were multiple things to do such as swimming in the pool, rock climbing, and bungee trampoline jumping. Drinks were served literally everywhere, and food was to be eaten everywhere. Multiple pools allowed for different people to interact and the Jacuzzi were being used all the time. Other than that, it was an overall good experience. Read Less

If have cruised more than a dozen times with both Royal Caribbean and Carnival. This was the best cruise I have ever been on. Elvis-the cruise director-made this trip the best memory I could ever ask for. Most of the entertainment was centered around the Centrum R Bar, which was a short walk from my cabin 4578. I specifically booked this floor and room-due to the fact that my husband could not walk far. Of course, there are other entertainment areas of the ship-but for us-this was perfect. It was also the same floor as our dining room-so this floor was perfect for us and the room was quiet. The main reason is there is a glass door separating the lobby to the hallway. The other floors that are open to the lobby can be a bit noisy as the hall ways are open. Don't book a room close to the lobby area if you are a light sleeper. We only ate at the Windjammer on the day of boarding. Everything else was in the main dining room. The food was delicious and the wait staff exceptional. One night we did eat at Chop's-yum! The filet melted in my mouth-well worth the money spent-however-you can get a filet in the main dining room for 16.95-instead of 35.00 per person at Chop's. I don't know if its the same exact cut but there are other options you can order as well. The menu changes every breakfast and also at night. I would recommend the chocolate waffles-the best ever! We celebrated our 30th anniversary and the memories and the fun we had will live on forever in our photos! Excellent all the way around. So glad they switched out the Majesty for the Enchantment! Would be nice if RCCL added or rotated in another ship option for 3 and 4 night cruises.. FYI-sailing on Halloween was special as most everyone on the ship-employees were dressed in costumes. I could not believe how many of the guests boarded in costumes! The decorations were everywhere. Love cruising near or around the holiday especially on RCCL. Read Less

I would normally not choose a short cruise like this, as I have been on at least 10 others, but a seminar was scheduled to be held and I needed continuing education credits anyway. I always judge a cruise not by whatever problems crop up, but by what happens to resolve them. I rate RCCL pretty good in this area, so I give the cruise 3.5 out of 5 (but i'll round up and definitely recommend it for first timers who would like to see if cruising is right for them). This was one of the hurricane Matthew cruises that sailed late (5pm boarding instead of 11 or 12) so we were given a credit right off the bat. Information from RCCL could have been a bit more forthcoming, but I am much more forgiving as I understand the chance one takes when sailing during hurricane season and the inability to give out information with this storm because of its angle of approach to the US. We had a sea day instead of Coco Cay, which was fine with me and my DW. I did have to rate the cabin "poor" (7634) rather than average as there was a leak initially in the bathroom, which was caulked, but then started to leak on the carpet, so they eventually had to move us down the hall, even though we were willing to stay. I used their help to do the "heavy lifting", which I expect in that situation, and they did not disappoint. For turning my steward into part Butler, i did tip a small extra amount. My wife was more particular about other people handling her stuff (understandable), so she felt a bit more inconvenienced. When asking for a credit for the inconvenience, they initially offered 20% off a future sailing, which we were not happy with. We told them so, and they called back and gave us a $100 credit for the cruise, on top of the initial credit for late sailing, which satisfied us. They went beyond this by sending a free bottle of wine and giving us the 20% off for a future cruise also (at least - we got a letter saying so - we'll make sure to follow up). Our cabin for the last night of the cruise seemed to have an AC unit that didn't cool very well, so the cabins get a poor rating for me. (i'll have to check to see if this issue was out there prior to our embarkation). Other problem areas they can solve - the muster drill outside in the Miami heat is a problem - NCL solves this by having people inside (i get the risk if there's an actual emergency - but just tell people the lifeboat number and where to go at the drill - we'll be OK). Other than that, embarkation was easy, the food was "good enough" to excellent in all areas - we had buffet for one lunch and breakfast, and the MDR for 3 dinners and last breakfast. Of course, if you are the type to complain that one of the poached eggs for your eggs benedict on the last morning was slightly overcooked and not runny, you make think differently - not a big deal for me (they did get one right). Service was good to excellent throughout the ship. They do Zumba classes in the center atrium and make a show out of it - so participating was a fun experience. Their singing and musical talent was good in most parts of the ship. Their main show was a standard "musical numbers from stage and screen" which was hokey at times, but well performed (my wife loved it), they had a crew "parade of flags" of about 80 countries where some of the crew did different ethnic dances from some of them - very enjoyable. Comedian on first night - so-so. Gym seemed small, but adequate and with a nice view. Good variety of entertainment, casino staff nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Outdoor walking areas pleasant, indoor pool area away from kids was nice. Overall pleasant experience despite the problems, and I say a great value for the money. Read Less
