Let me first start off with the good: The crew was very nice on the ship (except the guest services). They pamper you like you are a Saint, even if you do not want it. The ship was clean and neat. It's old. It's small. It's trying to copy the big ships but fails. And therefore it's so crowded everywhere that's popular! Deck 5 -Promenade- is at least 2/3 smaller than bug ships.
