After 16 cruises I was rather shocked that such a form of cruising/ship still exists. The ratio staff to passengers is poor, even worse the ratio cabins to public rooms. First of all, our family room veranda and balcony were very small and impractical. The food menu contained no variety and the food itself was below mediocre.
