These people's embarkation and disembarkation process is NIGHTMARE. By the time you get on the ship you are dehydrated, exhausted, confused and disoriented and you 're bombarded by people selling packages. Non stop and just overehelming. When you get on you have to wait til 1.30pm for your room and up to 7pm for your bag. Then when you get off the ship they line your bags up just after you ...

Had a fabulous time on board. Embarkation was very tiring especially for the kids. Once on board we enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. The cocktails where delicious as well. Only problem was standing in the long ques to get food and the nice stuff got finished too quickly. The kids enjoyed the kids club thoroughly especially the cooking and parade. Our room was clean and neat and had ...

I really enjoyed the cruise. There was alot of activities for the young and the old. The food was great and was alot of variety to choose from. The one thing i didnt like about the food was the lack of healthy options. Our waiter Budi was great and provided us with great service. The public bathroom were always full or out of order and i found myself having to leave deck 13 to go to my room to ...

This was a 40th birthday gift from my husband and our first holiday together since our honeymoon. We have 2 small children and have been on the go non stop for the past 5 years. I was exhausted!! So it was great to spend time together, just the 2 of us again and fall in love all over again. Thank you. The cabin was clean and beautiful with a super comfy bed to take lots of naps!! The ...

I chose this cruise as it was my husbands birthday which was spoilt by the staff at reception and lack of stock . The menu has 5 options and then you only have 1 available. Then you go to the bar and they only have 1 of three options available. We not talking about anything special we talking about champagne. Then we moved cabins because I paid for a non obstructed cabin and got an obstructed ...

The services on the ship are excellent. All staff are very helpful. Cleanliness is the order of the day on MSC Musica. The ship offers a variety of entertainment activities. The drawback however is that most of these activities close at 23:30. The dicso is too small to cater for the number of people. The two swimming pools are small for the number of people. Some of the bigger ships offer an ...

I heard about the cruise from a cousin who told me about the special that was running towards the end of 2018 and as a family we ended up going as a group of 15 cousins. The embarkation got off on a slow start because we were there on the scheduled time but after the bags were taken from us there was some delay and we never received information on why because the staff was there behind the ...

Sailed with 15 ladies. My first experience, definitely not my last. I enjoyed every moment . I had plenty fun and also my quiet moments , whereby I just sat down and watch the chefs and waiters doing their appointed tasks , amazing -making all those dozens' of pizzas, salads , food , everything so detailed and seeing them doing it with such joy , made me appreciate life, food and my ...

We flew from Cape Town to Durban early Sunday morning and arrived to beautiful weather in Durban. Our transfers Mzansi Destinations, were waiting to deliver us to our hotel, Belaire Suites (four*). After check in we took a walk along the beach-walk and enjoyed the famous Bunny-Chow. Monday morning our transfers arrived to take us to the port of Durban. Very excited to get to port but when we saw ...
