By far our worst holiday experience, a complete waste of money and time. We would have had a better time on land where we catered for ourselves, our first time cruising with #MSC and if this is their standard I would recommend anyone to rather not choose the #MSC Splendida.

I travelled with my dad on Sinfonia Nov 2011 after the passing of my brother. The ship was stranded in Capetown Harbor for most of the trip due to extremely bad weather, however, the experience on the ship was very enjoyable and the staff were amazing.

It was one big disappointment. From the embarking right through to dis-embarkment. It took 4 hours to embark and again 4 to disembark. Both our suitcases were damaged, and they just pulled up their shoulders. After throwing my toys completely, they sent someone with cellotape to fix my suitcase... cellotape!!!!????
