The first time with Sinfonia was excellent. Everything were more than expected. A dream come true. That is why my husband desided to surprise me with early birthday gift... A cruise on Musica.. We were so disappointed with Musica. Paying for balcony view but could not use it because both sides and all over no smoking area people were smoking. We had to close balcony all the time due to smoke. On ...

1st time on MSC and was disappointed, it was a cheesy experience. Things I liked: I liked my cabin it was spacious but you could have had a kettle with Tea/Coffee available. If I didn't book a balcony cabin I would have been really stuffed up. I enjoyed the island Things I disliked: Food was terrible, no taste mass production, the pizza was the worst The plates & cups ...

I chose this cruise as it was my husbands birthday which was spoilt by the staff at reception and lack of stock . The menu has 5 options and then you only have 1 available. Then you go to the bar and they only have 1 of three options available. We not talking about anything special we talking about champagne. Then we moved cabins because I paid for a non obstructed cabin and got an obstructed ...

This was my 8th cruise and defenitley the worst cruise! 1. Very poor Safety drill, was done in 2 minutes. Crew only showed how to fasten lifejackets. 2. When we asked for help from cabin steward at 16H00 after bording he said that he cant help till after 6 as he is bussy with lugage. 3. We tried to phone help desk but the phone was not working. I eventualy found out the 9 button on phone ...

Embarkation was really lengthy as customs was offline on the day. If you pay a little extra it would be better to go with the easy onboard option. The ship is lovely and clean. Unfortunately i feel that they over crowd the ship with too many people... 95% of the time we had no where to sit. This was on the ship and on the islands you disembark on, we ended up getting severely burned as we had to ...

I have been on 3 international cruises with MSC Poesia, Fantadia and Meriviglia. Wanted to take my.mom who has never cruised before. I do not know if they cater for South Africans..... and why it should differ, but the food was really not nice. Cannot compare it to any of the international cruises we were on. Even at dining room evenings. Service in lounges most of the times non existent. we had ...

This was our fourth cruise and it was very disappointing. We went on the Sinfonia in 2011 and it was awesome, not crowded, no queue's, there was always place to relax on the top deck. This time it was over crowded and loud and the buffet restaurant was a disaster. There were never place to sit and the dirty dishes was all over the place, not to talk about the food quantity. I think MSC is now ...

We were very disappointed in our latest cruise with MSC South Africa (this is our 4th cruise with them). 1) We had a delay in embarking. 2) Procedure to embark was a nighmare - standing in a long queue outside in the elements and no seating for hours on end to only get inside the building to join another long standing queue. 3) Our departure from Durban Harbour was originally scheduled ...
