The disembarkion was very bad the ports people explained nothing the ships people said nothing about loosing a whole day at the port and embarking. I have children who love the idea of cruising, but there was too little water activity for them - the swimming pools were constantly overfull and by the third day they were murky and dirty. In general a relaxing experience which can easily be improved if MSC wants to. Issues that needs attention is the most terrible coffee being served, there is no reason to serve such disgusting coffee and no person on the cruise including staff said that they liked it.
