Celebration cruise my 70th and my wife's 69th birthdays. This ship was under provisioned for the entire cruise. The following were poor quality, meats, juices, salads, burgers and most of the time no bananas etc. The food on board was poor quality in all dining areas; meat in particular was of the lowest quality and inedible most of the time. There were no sauces or condiment to accompany ...

Chosen: short trip, able to fit into a tight schedule. Was it worth it though? Hell freaking No! The food was sub par and often leftovers were recycled. I have no issue with leftovers, wastage is awful. But honestly too water down baked beans 3meals in a row was crazy and disrespectful to baked beans and paying customers. The apparently free water and juices were closed most all of the time. ...

Terrible food and low standard cruise

Our cruise consisted of companies who took their staff members on the cruise, so most of the people onboard did not pay for their own tickets and therefore will not complain about the low standard of the cruise. The morning buffets and lunch buffets was really terrible and food was of poor quality. The bar services on the entertainment deck was also disappointing, we waited on average 10 minutes ...

We went into this cruise with memories about the great food and entertainment on a 3-night cruise (same ship) many years ago and wanted our children to also experience it. We were disappointed. Embarkation and disembarkation: Not much to say. Very smooth, no complaints here. Just listen to instructions and make sure you have papers/documents required. Dining: Ah, here it falls ...

It was the Finesse all girls annual cruise. My 7th. So I could compare this cruise with previous cruises. The cabin was perfect, very neat, always clean towels and beautiful. BUT the breakfast selection was POOR. Only pork which I do not eat. The dinners were the same as all the other years - again an Italian Saturday night - same songs, same food. The cocktail ordered at the swimming ...

I have just come off an MSC Cruise in South Africa (26th February - 2nd March 2018). We boarded the Sinfonia at 12 o'clock and were due to depart at 2 p.m. The ship left at 3 p.m. and prior to our departure, it was announced whilst we were still docked in Durban, that due to strong winds and bad weather we would be changing our itinerary. Instead of going to the Portuguese Island on Tuesday, 27th ...

I was very excited about this tour because it was the first time I would go to Pomene. With our embarkation there was a security issue with people who didn't disembark from the previous cruise and our cruise were delayed by that. This is quite understandable. With our embarkation we were informed that due to bad weather we won't go to Pomene but we will stop in Maputo. This bad weather ...

I always say that you get what you pay for - and this was the case on this trip. The Food - The Pizza and Burgers was the only food that was any good. The food in the restaurant was Bad - no taste. it would take a lot to convince me to do another trip with MSC. Friends that we went with had been on the same ship previously and they say that their previous trips had ...
