The disembarkion was very bad the ports people explained nothing the ships people said nothing about loosing a whole day at the port and embarking. We lost stop at one port no explanation and it was explained. Ship was great entertainment for kids was great. Drinks on the deck was watered down compared to the rest of the ship. Services in reception was chaos. So out to 4 days I only enjoyed 2 ...
I did explore the cities before the cruise, embarkation and disembarkation went very well. I went to the cruise before so was familiar with the other things but the levels are upper than before, ship everything is so clean, the staff members do have respect to the guests, the cabin I was not expecting it, for me the cabin was the lowlight it was a 4 sleeper the cabin was too small for 4 people ...
I enjoyed the cruise.
The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the food. It was mostly tasteless, it really needs a lot of improvement.
Our cabin was great. Spacious and well-presented.
It would be great if the bedding/sheets were changed daily. Our steward told us they only change them every 3rd day.
The entertainment was great as well, enjoyed the comedy shows and performances in the ...
I have children who love the idea of cruising, but there was too little water activity for them - the swimming pools were constantly overfull and by the third day they were murky and dirty. There is too much noise and enforced music and on top of that people brought their own speakers to the jacuzzi. I loved the sushi restaurant and the library. The opportunity to buy photos for $44 was just ...
We had an opportunity to go on our first ever cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had high expectations and prepared ourselves accordingly. Our first disappointment came when the promised wheelchair for my husband was not available. The waiting to board on account of the passport control computer glitch added to our woes. These two setbacks caused a great deal of discomfort ...
We choose that cruise for the itinerary, apity that it was only one day at Reunion and no stop in Madagascar.
The Boat itself was great, cabin nice, and food average, but what a disater in embarkation where the staff let us wait for over one hour and thirty minutes , as their Pc was offline before they decide to do the check manually we could hardly understand what they were anouncing on the ...
In general a relaxing experience which can easily be improved if MSC wants to. Issues that needs attention is the most terrible coffee being served, there is no reason to serve such disgusting coffee and no person on the cruise including staff said that they liked it. Being our second cruise we took cappuccino sachets with, but surely they MUST be willing to serve better coffee. And then ...
Cruised many times on msc and always wanted to go to this particular destination.
The embarkation and disembarkation was an absolute disgrace and most if not all the passengers complained. To be made to stand for more than two hours with small children is completely unacceptable. i didn't even see staff from the ship coming around to apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am not asking for ...
I have been on 3 cruises before this cruise. Both our previous cruises were "cold weather" cruises, one in Alaska and one in NZ. We were very excited about this cruise and I must say we did have an enjoyable time. However compared to the 2 other cruises the ship lacked "quality". The food was below average, especially in the fine dinning areas in the evenings. The entertainment was very good, ...
We took this cruise because it was closest to home,it was our first with MSC, it was 11 nights, and had a minimum of 6 days at sea (this gives us time to explore the vessel and to relax), unlike shorter cruises where daily disembarkation is the order of the day.
The embarkation was a total disaster. We never experienced such a long wait on any of our previous cruises with Costa, P&O, and ...
