I chose this cruise because it was a Woman's day promotion and offered the excellent savings. It also coincided with Valentine's Day 14 02 2019 so it gave me an opportunity to take my partner on a holiday that she'd never forget. It was exceptional, everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived at Durban Harbor. I can truly say it was a worthwhile experience for us both and we would ...

The best experience ever, from the starting point by bag drop went smooth up to the first step on to the MSC MUSICA. The embankment and dismemberment at the two beaches very good organized. The ship is huge and full of surprizes when you walk through it every day a new chapter opened you have to discover the ship. Cabin with balcony a pleasure if you leave the glass door open the sound of the ...

We have been on the MSC Opera and Sinfonia so this was our 3rd trip with MSC. The embarkation was wonderful!!!!! The "Easy On Board" option that we had made embarkation much easier. Within 2 hours from arriving at the harbour we were on the Musica. No standing in queues for hours. We stayed on Deck 10 Minuetto. We decided to go for the "cabin with a balcony" which we really enjoyed. ...

Embarkation was very long and tedious, but understandable as we had to go through passport control. Disembarkation was much faster. Explanations are not always very well explained, especially the fact that you have to zero your cruise card otherwise you will not be let off the ship, personally I feel that your visa card should be re-imbursed and the passenger should not stand in a queue for hours ...

MSC offers the perfect holiday away from technology. We definitely needed that escape. Easy onboard is definitely the way to go, we were onboard in minutes. We thought the security system is very good. The staff are well informed, friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Edi, was just excellent! He made us feel at home and relaxed. Lots of laughter and 5 stars to him for naking my daughter feel ...

I chose this cruise as I always wanted to do so but was never able to because of work and family commitments, mu only regret is that I did not do the cruise sooner :(. We embarked on the 11 February 2019, remember to get to the embarkation port a earlier to avoid standing in long queues, the crew assisting with the embarkation was very efficient and directed us in a well manner, the ...

We have not been on one before and wanted to do something the whole family would enjoy. Our concerns were naturally being sea sick, but the ship is so stable you hardly notice the swaying, and none of us had issues. The Embarkation took a lot longer than expected and by the time we boarded it was after 1pm and with child, we were irritable and hungry. The buffet hall was completely full and we ...

This was our first cruise - a dram coming true after more than three decades. The overall rating is 11/10. Please allow us to highlight some points: 1- the theater shows. The second night show was by far the best of the week. The theater is a beautiful area, well designed and the quality of the shows brings it to life. 2- the personnel. I need to highlight three staff members who rendered a ...
