Amazing experience for our Family Holiday. The Ship was clean and tidy at all times, Housekeeping staff were friendly and always greeted. The Entertainment Crew was nothing short of amazing and fun. My 8 year old attended the Kids Club where he was greet with hugs and fun activities by all staff - Sizwe and Charlie are exceptional Kids Club crew members. Onboard activities on the pool deck were ...

Having cruised on MSC for over 10 years and being a Gold Club member, this cruise was way below the standard I have come to expect. I had hoped that I would have experienced the same hospitality that I experienced since my first experience on the Melody and not the poor hospitality that we received on the Musica. 1) This was the 2nd year in a row that we had booked a trip to Pomene, only to be ...

My wife purchased the tickets. Whilst the weather was not our friend, there were enough activities on board to keep one entertained. The staff certainly had a lot of patience, especially the Bar staff as they were kept on their toes at all hours. We were assigned to a 9th floor balcony cabin. Spacious and neat and always keep clean. The food was plentiful with the food platters kept ...

This was a short cruise with a large group of 25 friends celebrating a wedding. We all booked balcony cabins. Our cabin was neat and clean. We were booked for dinner in he Oleander restaurant. The maitre d went the extra mile to join our group together into 2 large tables. Our waiter Juri was excellent and full of jokes and smiles. There was a variety of cuisine available but we felt ...

Awesome cruise. Enjoyed all the entertainment. The waiters were the best. Very helpful and attentive. The lounges were luxurious and the music was soothing. We enjoyed the shows at the theatre. The Portugese island experience was the best. The beach was beautiful. However would have preferred being dropped off closer to the seating and eating area. We would love to go on another cruise. The food ...

Very very expensive food is the same everyday and has no taste waiting again and again deck's bar area forever wait for 1 drink. Service on deck very very poor. Details of going to the iland is unclear not usefull. We have enjoyed it but you will not see us very soon again. ...

We have been on the MSC Opera and Sinfonia so this was our 3rd trip with MSC. The embarkation was wonderful!!!!! The "Easy On Board" option that we had made embarkation much easier. Within 2 hours from arriving at the harbour we were on the Musica. No standing in queues for hours. We stayed on Deck 10 Minuetto. We decided to go for the "cabin with a balcony" which we really enjoyed. ...

Embarkation was very long and tedious, but understandable as we had to go through passport control. Disembarkation was much faster. Explanations are not always very well explained, especially the fact that you have to zero your cruise card otherwise you will not be let off the ship, personally I feel that your visa card should be re-imbursed and the passenger should not stand in a queue for hours ...
