We have chosen this cruise because we were previously on 2 voyages with the MSC Opera and Sinfonia and it was unforgettable voyages. The service and food in the Restaurant was very good and more than enough.

This was my 8th cruise and defenitley the worst cruise!
1. Very poor Safety drill, was done in 2 minutes. Crew only showed how to fasten lifejackets.
2. When we asked for help from cabin steward at 16H00 after bording he said that he cant help till after 6 as he is bussy with lugage.

Embarkation was a breeze once we arrived at the port. All staff were courteous and very helpful. Easy to find where to go and what to do. Disembarkation a little more strenuous.
