It Was TERRIBLE, Never Again!

Azamara, simply was not an elite criuse adventure. Their customer service was terrible from the start, no one waiting to pick us up or to help with lost luggage etc. The food overall was not good. The ship was 21 years old, sold 4 times and showed it. I do have a few pictures to show it. They were very disorganized, even giving us the wrong luggage tags on departure. We’ve had some very upsetting events happen during this trip, however we try to be fair in this review, particularly to the hard working staff onboard. Please read the full review and be warned: Scotland made for some challenging sailing, but the Captain and his crew managed beautifully. We enjoyed being able ...
