Azamara, simply was not an elite criuse adventure. Their customer service was terrible from the start, no one waiting to pick us up or to help with lost luggage etc. The food overall was not good. This is the first cruise that we have taken in the last ten years that did not include shore excursions, wine, and Wi-Fi in the cruise price. This was a very poor value!
