This was our first Oceania Cruise. We chose this ship for the itinerary. This ship is the smallest I have ever sailed on and at first I was a bit concerned but I found it to be a wonderful ship. It is a bit worn but it is being updated soon. The staff is excellent. They knew our names after a few days. Service was great. Food was wonderful. Our favorite was Tuscano.
This was a 21 day ...
The itinerary was the reason I chose this cruise, but the on-board experience was the best of any of my 12 cruises, including Crystal, Azamara and 4 other cruise lines.
The price was also very reasonable since there was basically no need to add any “extras.”
Dining venues were excellent! Besides specialty restaurants, there was a sushi bar, grill at the pool, great buffet, and ...
We boarded the ship in Dubai, to Barcelona, having originally booked to stay on her to Miami, until a change of dry dock was made.
Prior to boarding, we stayed a few days in Dubai, & had such a lovely experience in our hotel, that at we wondered if the ship would be a disappointment. How wrong could we be !
The ship was in good condition, especially when she was going in for a massive refurb ...

Cruised from Dubai to Southampton from the 19th.April-10th. May ----had a sheltered stateroom -4021-which our steward , Dayle , kept immaculate , there wasn't anything that was too much trouble for him even supplying us with fresh milk daily rather than using sachets of milk. The Stateroom was very good with plenty on storage and where we were situated was very quite , no noise from anywhere and ...
Having been on the Ventura we said we would never go with P & O again. However, with a chance of the Golden Triangle thrown in, we decided to give it another go.
What a great trip. The Arcadia does lack the wow factor and could do with some sparkle , renewal of sanitary ware, a lick of paint. The theatre has too many pillars spoiling the view of the stage. On the plus side, the bed was ...
I'm sorry I don't have time to write a lengthy detailed review of our cruise in the Fantasia's Yacht Club. Actually we were on board for a total of 25 days in that we had a one week Persian Gulf cruise Dubai-Dubai before embarking on the Dubai-Civitavecchia repositioning cruise. Yacht club is a fantastic experience and I'd be hard pressed to find anything negative to report. Our cabin (15002) ...
As my partner and I have always wanted to see Petra and enjoy cruising with MSC, we thought this would be an ideal opportunity to take an extended holiday that would cover both, and also spend my partner’s birthday onboard.
We’ve written several reviews of MSC Fantasia and MSC Splendida in the past, so I’ll try not to repeat the same information again, as already written about the sparkly ...
We decided to book this cruise rather late in the game as Regent kept sweetening the deal with OBC and business air. The itinerary was 21 days and took us from Dubai to Barcelona, including ports in Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Greece, and Italy. I imagine that the unpredictability of the Middle East scared off many passengers but by the time we sailed, we had 680 hardy passengers on ...
This was our first cruise and, having undertaken extensive research, booked RSS with the USP of Holy Land tours included. We travelled business class from LHR on Virgin, which was the worse business cabin we have ever experienced. Dubai hotel, JW Marriott Marquis, was excellent. Embarkation was very well managed and lunch on the pool deck was a wonderful start to our trip.
Our Butler Suite, ...
