By far the worst cruise we have been on.Dubai to Yokohama Have done over 20 .cruises Cabin never cleaned properly.The frill round the bed was all ripped and hanging off.The settee was broken and to be taken away and repaired.This was before the cruise started The balcony door frame collapsed and had to be repaired on 4 occasions. Recent cruise april 2018 from dubai to yokohama saw the reception desk overrun each day with complaints. Poor food adolescent daytime activities.poor nightime shows.bad tv.pool accident resulting in death took medical staff far too long to attend. Untrained staff. Food in nightime dining hours old. Embarking in Dubai took about 10 minutes to get out of the taxi and onto the ship.
