We chose this cruise because it was to celebrate a special birthday and sailing around the Emirates seemed like a special trip. The Ship was too big - 5000 passengers and 1600 crew members. Too big, too many people and badly organized. From the moment you have your cruise card in the terminal you are pestered to buy this package and that package. The ship is stunning but the staff need more training in all areas.
