Too big, too many people and badly organized. From the moment you have your cruise card in the terminal you are pestered to buy this package and that package. The ship is stunning but the staff need more training in all areas. I choose this cruise as it was a large group booking. The ship was absolutely beautiful, the attention to detail in the construction and decor was apparent throughout.
