Feel sorry for Europeans. Let me explain…

Review for a Middle East Cruise on Costa Toscana

Out of 15 cruises on 5 different cruise lines this one has been the worse and the worst part is a European couple already had warned us on a NCL ship in the Caribbean to stay away from European cruise lines. From Norway them self! Once you take an American cruise you will find the quality of food terrible on the European lines. In Tosca Costana the only salt I tasted was the one I added myself. I ...

Worst cruise experience

I have been cruising on multiple cruise lines for more than 30 years. This was my first MSC experience and it will be my last. I am a pretty understanding person and always give the benefit of the doubt. As a matter of fact even when I haven’t had a good trip I won’t complain. MSC changed that in me. The service on this ship was absolutely horrible. The staff was rude, unhelpful, uncaring and ...

We were VERY disappointed with many aspects of our recent cruise from Dubai to Singapore. From what I understand there has been a huge amount of negative feedback about many aspects of this cruise by other passengers on Social Media. Boarding in Dubai We arrived at the port just before 1.00 but didn’t board until around 5.00. We got thru the Dubai immigration in less than half an ...

Lacks of food, no real dining room, to much vegan. Cabin “ like IKIA”, cheap furniture, on balcony two metal small chairs, not comfortable. Meet like rubber. 3 times ordered New York steak never eat, horrible. In cabin small bathroom without electric outlet. In cabin very dark, only two small lamps on ceiling, very difficult to see self in the mirror. Very bed entertainment. Most of ...

The cruise seemed like we would enjoy experience. We were not informed that a covid pcr test was needed till arriving at port of demarcation . After setting sail we were informed that we needed a visa to visit Jedah which we found impossible to obtain so lost one port of call. We were looking forward to navigate through the Suez canal but we could not access front of ships as this part of ...

Was really looking forward to this cruise. But now I am really looking forward to getting off. On boarding ship it was at first glance very impressive. The ship has being all over it, but that's as far as it goes. The main inside deck is deck 6, on this you will find various things such as a bar, Chocolate shop, phone box for the secret bar, pizza and burger, a few shops, guest services and ...

I traveled with my wife and elderly mother who flew in especially from the UK for this cruise to join us. The Toscana itself was very impressive but the complete lack of service and knowledge from the F&B staff ruined our vacation. We ate in 2 specialty restaurants and the buffet on deck 8 for the remaining evenings and lunches. Same food with no variation, lukewarm at best but the most disturbing ...

HIGHLIGHT OF THE CRUISE WAS GETTING OFF THE SHIP

I've been on a lot of cruises with companies like Royal Carribean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Carnival, and Princess and wanted to give MSC a try because their itineraries seemed a little more exotic. Checking in was pleasant and the balcony room was generous but thats where it begins and ends. The service on this ship was terrible in the main dining room and buffet. The food was horrible, the ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary— had booked it in 2020, but it was cancelled, so we were very excited to finally go. Had a concierge level room. 11610 with a tub. To keep this short- here are pictures of the tub water (see below). No adjustments, no apologies. Told to contact Guest Services in Miami- got a crappy form letter saying how wonderful NCL is!! We have been on 18 cruises on ...

Yikes, Silver Seas is a massive disappointment. I have sailed with Crystal, Oceania, Regent, and Seabourn and I was looking forward to Silver Seas but it was a big let down. There is nothing redeeming about the ship and I would strongly recommend any other line. Three Big Issues: 1) World Cup- it was sold as a World Cup cruise. A few weeks before the cruise they send a notice to say Qatar ...
