I've cruised on numerous cruise lines and would likely never choose MSC again. Crew is friendly and works so hard - I honestly felt bad for them! They are understaffed, their managers are rude to them (yelling, snapping -- in front of customers?! Appalling.) Staff aren't given streamlined processes and it shows. I have sailed Azamara and have rated them a 4 or 5... The ships are small so they get into places where the larger ships don't . The size also allows you to get to really know your staff... Indian veg food spread was the most marvellous we gave seen ever in any cruise . This being my 8 th cruise . But the timings were so horrific and rigid . SUMMARY The Norwegian Jade is a nice sized ship with a good layout and a spacious theatre. The main dining rooms were well organized and quite spacious.
