first time cruise - last time now this company. Welcome aboard - had to argue that we had pre-purchased a drinks package! Food was only ok - most days stale bread was delivered to the table. albeit the waiting staff were very pleasant and attentive. Spirits (drinks) watered down. Which i proved to the staff. The surcharges and additional fees are a total rip! Whilst I embrace ...

Where should I Start? This was THE worst experience ever. The entertainment was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed, that is all that is good on this ship. The food throughout only catered for asian customers. Even the Western Restaurant was western food with asian flavours? asian spices, weird food pairing? we were served steak on a bed of noodles? unbelievable, plating combinations never ...

This was chosen for its itinerary. This had the most convenient stops for our family reunion of 45. BUT DREAM DOES NOT CATER TO BIG GROUPS. 2 months before embarkation, we requested for dining reservations so we could dine together. Our travel agent forwarded the email sent by dream reservations that this could only be done upon embarkation. We showed this to reception manager Aston Tan who said ...

We chose this cruise as a great opportunity to spend time with family and see NZ from the seas. It seemed like a great idea and that's what it remained - a great idea. The reality was awful and I would never take a cruise with this line again. I have cruised before on other lines and the Dream line is so sub par and average that I left the ship feeling relieved to be off it - not the anticipated ...

We travelled on the 29th for the New Years cruise The food on this ship is just awful. We had to dine at the restaurants to get a decent feed. The tapenyaki bar cost us $179 for 2 people, which didn’t include drinks. Outrageous. Also Beware of the hidden costs in credit card charges & service fees. Not really much to do unless you liked to gamble. The pool was closed the whole time we ...

Cruise Auckland Auckland, Visiting Bay of Islands, Milford and Doubtful Sounds, Dunedin, Wellington, Napier, Auckland. 5 New Zealand Adults Xmas day in the Sounds was simply amazing couldn’t have had a better day we were blown away by the serene atmosphere. We had a pretty rough trip down the west coast but rest of the trip was reasonably calm. The visits to each town were great but short ...

This was the worst cruise ever, having previously done 11 ocean and 2 river cruises Cabin small no fridge. The drawers would not stay closed had to wedged closed. The Lido very minimum selection cereals, no orange juice or iced water the cooked food was consistently cold and slow to refill items. The main restaurant not taken to your table, this caused us to be missed out. No attention ...

Wanted to do a family cruise for Christmas and it turned out the worst cruise ever taken We experienced bad weather down the West Coast, which one could expect, but what we did not expect was that the noisy cabin with drawers kept opening and had to be wedged closed with clothing, Family in next cabin had to put a pillow in the wardrobe to stop the door kept banging. The Lido cooked food was ...

I wanted to have my husband experience a cruise as my experience in Greece was so good. If we were Asian it may have been better as the staff seemed to spend more time helping them. I asked for a double as it was for our anniversary and we opened door to 2 single beds. The food was awful and small sevings. The breakfast choices were terrible and the service was non existent as we had to ask more ...
