We took our granddaughter on the cruise of a lifetime. Ship was incredibly clean, well organized and the staff was unbelievable. The only reason for the less than 5 was due to the subpar food on the formal dinners. Everything seemed rushed and the Meals seemed to be prepared and served after cooking under a heat light for hours. Avoid the oysters Rockefeller and the lobster tail. The ...
We booked this cruise for an extended family trip, including one child - a three year old. Disney does a great job with kids and the staff is incredibly patient and considerate with children, including the very young ones who are prone to temper tantrums, over-stimulation, picky eating and more. The food is geared toward children - nothing too spicy or unusual. The activities are mostly aimed ...
Family cruise with 4 other adults besides my wife and I along with 4 grandchildren. We had a wonderful experience. There was an issue with incorrect pricing of a third party shore excursion that was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction. Our interactions with al the Disney staff was exceptional in my opinion. Our stateroom steward provided phenomenal service to each stateroom in our group of ...
We had an amazing time the shows are amazing better than some broadway. The children had a great time. We had more trouble booking the cruise, getting our luggage and trying to sign up for the tea party. You really do not need to do the tea party a lot of money and you can meet the princesses and have pictures free you just n need to get that ticket. MY biggest complaint the youngest not quite ...
We had three families traveling. My grandson and his family (3), my daughter and her family, (2) and my husband and I.
The entertainment was the best I have ever seen and we have been on at least 6 cruise line and have taken many cruises over the past 30 plus years. (more then I can remember)
Our cruise went out of Galveston, TX. We all went in the day before the cruise and stayed at ...
Overall a good experience, but some disappointments.
The buffet had VERY limited hours.
I traveled with two young grandchildren, and the dinner service lasted FOREVER. The service was very slow, and most of the kids in the dining room were anywhere from restless to out of control. The buffet was NOT an alternative, as Cabanas, at night, is also a sit-down restaurant. No buffet. Also, ...
This was our 17th Disney cruise and it came up short in some areas-food quality, entertainment, and excursions in ports. The quality of the food served was not up to par and less than we have experienced on past cruises with Disney. Actually recent Celebrity and Princess cruise food was better.
Food. Dining service was very good and they did everything they could to make up for the food by ...
We chose this Panama Canal cruise so we could visit my niece and family in San Diego, the have a leisurely journey back home to Port Canaveral, twenty minutes from our house. It was a really good cruise, nine sea days and four ports.
Embarkation was good- Donna and I were traveling alone and Donna uses a wheelchair for embarkation, but we found a San Diego port staffer who wheeled her on ...
This service is the first and foremost thing I remember from our 14 day cruise through the Panama Canal. The crew provided much better service than I have experienced at almost any Disney resort. I did not receive one bit of dissatisfactory service. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional, engaging, dutiful and thorough.
I'll start with the positives:
The food was much better than I ...
We just got back today from a 14 day Panama Canal crossing. In typical Disney fashion, everything was well organized from the check in to the disembarkation. Nobody does it as well as Disney. The Wonder is heading to Spain tomorrow for a reimagine and overhaul.
We found the ship to be in very good shape, with one exception. Our A/C did not work. To their credit, Disney was very concerned ...
