We sailed out of Nee Orleans with a 1 year old and 3 year old. The Oceaneers kids club and the nursery were under construction. My kids could not experience these areas. The crew are amazing. Let me get that out of the way. They appear to work at least 12 hour days and went to great lengths to help us on our stay. They are the redeeming factor of this whole experience.
