Disney Cruise Line is a must for fans of Disney. Having visited Disney World, Florida and Disneyland, Paris we had high expectations and being first time cruisers we were unsure of what to expect. Of course Disney didn't fail in providing a one of kind experience for my partner and I, and one that will be remembered for years to come.
The Disney Magic is the oldest of ...
This was our third Disney Cruise. Had it not been for poor experiences on shore excursions I would have given it an excellent rating.
This ship, the Disney port staff and ship staff were excellent. In our opinion Disney Cruise Lines is top notch and worth the price. Our dining room servers, Jimson and Gerry were GREAT!!!. The food was excellent. The stateroom was well maintained by our ...
I chose this cruise for the ports of call-Norwegian Fjords towns of Stavanger, Alesund, Geiranger & Bergen. I went with a friend who used her Disney Vacation points to take the cruise and she is a huge Disney Cruise Line fan. She has had wonderful experiences and really enjoys seeing the children have so much fun. Great memories.
I have been on 14 cruises on various cruise lines including ...
The Great
This may take a while. There were so many great things to mention. Disney is great with details. From the "Mickey" shaped face for my daughters ketchup, to the Disney themed menu each night, they really do a great job at providing those little extras in everything they do.
The Oceaneer Lab and Club are exceptional. I could barely get my daughter to leave. The staff was ...
We chose this cruise as we have always wanted to go to the Fjords and with this being a special "Frozen"-themed cruise to Norway, we couldn't resist! The challenge in researching the cruise was that there was very little information about it out in the web and so mostly we went on faith and Disney's reputation. We have sailed with Disney once prior to this sailing in the Caribbean on the Dream, ...
I wished I had booked a longer cruise on Disney, but sadly we couldn't afford it. My husband, myself and our 4 year old son were on the Disney Magic for our honeymoon. The ship was very clean and mostly well organized. Our host was very nice and friendly. The only issue with our stateroom was we kept bumping into the bed as the space between the bed and the wall is minimal. I was excited that we ...
We had a navigator's verandah cabin and loved it. There was plenty of storage for the three of us - we did not even use some of the drawer space. My 5 year old grand daughter had a ball; she loved the character meets and seeing the characters at different times throughout the cruise. The food was okay; I would have liked more choices. Castaway Cay was perfect. The water was warm enough to ...
Our family of 13 (including 5 grandsons aged 8 months thru 6 years) just returned from a fabulous trip on the Disney Magic. The itinerary was not great, but the overall experience was amazing. Castaway Cay was fun. The water a bit cold in February. We stayed on the ship when we docked in Nassau.
There were programs and activities on board for all of the children. The 2 year old was too ...
DH and I made this our 6th DCL cruise on Magic Dec. 23 - 27. It was just the two of us and as a couple who usually travels with others or MANY others, this was a nice reprieve. Here is a few thoughts...
In no order whatsoever!!
The ship is lovely. I didn't find it run down, worn or full of strange smells. The crew is VERY proud of their ship and will continually tell you it is the BEST. The ...
First of all, our transfer representative from Miami airport was not where she was supposed to meet us. (Baggage carousel). The worst part was that the employee told her supervisor that SHE was there and we were not. This was an outright lie! Yes, she was some place at the airport, I assume, maybe, but not where she was supposed to meet us. I was on the telephone for 30 minutes with her supervisor ...
