This is our first Cruise with our family ( 4yrs old girl and 11yrs old boy). It was a horrible experience… it was not relaxing! The food was terrible- I've never felt so rushed on a vacation for breakfast and lunch because they close super early. I couldn't just take time to drink our coffee and grab few more bites of food.. When your on a vacation it should feel relaxed and timeless. Dinner was ...

Never Again. Post Pandemic Cruise is not worth the money

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Disney Fantasy

This was our second Disney cruise. The first one we took just before the pandemic in February the month before shut downs started. The first cruise was phenomenal. We felt like we were getting the value for our money and it was MAGIC. The second one was an awful experience. Worse than Carnival. I want to go through the specifics of the "why" behind our deciding this was never going to happen ...

Too Crowded

3 Major Problems: 1. I booked two cabins at the same time. I asked for adjourning rooms or at least right near each other. They gave me cabins on the far opposite sides of the ship on different floors. When I mentioned it--they said they made a mistake, but they could not fix it. 2. They charged internet for premium speed for $36/per day per device. The speed was slower than dial-up. Many ...

Very disappointing

DO NOT DO IT! It is the most overrated cruise I’ve ever wasted hard earned money on. It’s way overcrowded and they are short staffed. You’ll wait 20+ minutes to get any kind of service in the very warm, sad excuse for a “concierge lounge.” And if you pay extra like us for concierge level you will be waiting to get an elevator to take you to floor 12-14 for 10 minutes+ everytime of day… with your ...

We were considering Disney cruise for the kids for a long time, and when finally spent A LOT OF MONEY booking this vacation, I regret every second of my trip. First, we arrived 1 hour late to Bahamas and we lost time of our expensive excursion to Atlantis, and no one offer anything to us for the inconvenience, the excursion was supposed to be around 7 hours, we were there for around 4 hours. ...

My husband, son (4) and I recently traveled on the Wish with our friends and their 8 year old daughter. We are big Disney fans, travel to Disney world multiple times a year, the cruise seemed like a natural progression. My husband has been on several cruises and was very excited for my son and I to go on our first cruise. We did a significant amount of research leading up to the trip, planned our ...

DISAPPOINTING

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Disney Wish

We have sailed on the Dream, Fantasy, Magic so decided to try the brand new Wish.. The ship is beautiful but that's where it ends.. The common areas are just small.. The atrium, dining rooms, adult sections are all small. Whoever designed really screwed it up! The adult areas are tiny.. good luck getting a seat at the bayou or nightingales at prime time. The atrium is also much smaller than ...

My family and I were on the Disney Fantasy from January 18-January 25, 2020 2 adults, 2 children. First off our excursion in Cozumel got cancelled with no explanation as to why. Our second port/tender stop of Grand Cayman got cancelled but Royal Caribbean was able to tender their guests ashore. Our 3rd port stop of Falmouth Jamaica got cancelled. Other cruise lines were able to stop as well. We ...

being first time on a cruise, we were so excited. After reading all the things that were special about the Disney Cruise sad to say let down beyond belief. Disney says that the waiters follow you from dining room to dining room and get to know their families and likes, nope we were lucky if they even remembered to get us coffee after dinner. We were second seating with no chance to change it, ...

Outstanding Staff: Heru (cabin steward); Kevin (customer service desk); Melvina (cabin steward) The Great: - received a cabin upgrade; my 8 year old daughter had a fantastic time on the ship Dining: - Buffet meals in the morning and at lunch were mostly excellent - Supper was usually poor: meats were mostly dried out and of poor quality - when you name a dish a certain name (ie. ...
