We had a problem with the information on the visa and we were forced to desembark in azores and rembark in amsterdam
We were a party oh 5 and that cost us a lot of extra money

We expected a lot from Disney and were not disappointed. Staff are excellent, and go out of their way to make sure everyone is having the best experience possible. Although the Disney experience including all of the crew made us feel like royalty, the serving staff, which was the same each meal, made us feel like part of their family. This was our 2nd time on the Disney Dream and it was just as good as the 1st cruise 2.5 years ago. The service is excellent and DCL doesn't nickel & dime you to death like other cruise lines do. Arrived at the port about 45 minutes before our on boarding time. Perfect timing! Our slot was called as we arrived to upper level. No real lines or wait. It was amazing! took the whole family on a Florida holiday finishing it with a Disney Cruise.
Seven all together (2kids and 4 adults).
The food was first class and the entertainment for both adults and kids was superb.
The theme dining was great, with a good choice on the menus, even for the people who like just plain food.
