We have cruised with different cruise lines over the last 15 years. Being a daughter of a Disney fanatic I had to try a Disney cruise for our grandkids.
Let’s start with the positives. Our favorite bar to visit was Soul Cat Lounge. Isasias the Lead bartender is excellent and all of the hosts that work with him are the nicest and most friendly people ever! They really made our trip happy even ...
We did the back to back Transatlantic and Mediterranean cruise this May. We arrived at our scheduled port time and there was approximately a one quarter mile long line outside of the terminal in the Florida sun. It took an hour and a half to enter the terminal and then an hour and twenty minutes to get our COVID test and to get registered. We finally boarded the ship 3 hours later. During the ...
This was my second 'Staycation' cruise. having had a great experience on the Celebrity Silhouette , we decided to book a last minute inside cabin on the Magic that popped up a couple of days before sailing. This was my first inside cabin with Disney (after 30ish Cruises with Disney Cruiseline ) and apart from the markedly lack of storage space and split bathroom this room was perfect for a base ...
This was our 3rd Merrytime cruise, as cruising over Christmas has become our tradition, however this year might be our last. The quality of DCL is clearly slipping. The Magic is dated, showing many signs of wear from the room to the pool.
The dining staff at dinner works so hard, they are in constant rapid motion. It seems they are short staffed, forced to cover more tables per server than ...
I travelled with two children 5 and 6. Accessibility to characters was great! We waited several hours to onboard ship which was difficult for kids, but we did get to meet characters. The ship was very clean. Wait staff and housekeeping were exceptional and extremely pleasant.
We did one port adventure which was expensive and not a good experience. I called on phone and asked if my ...
We went on this cruise with my then 5 year old and 3 year old sons. Although they aren't that into Disney specifically, we figured they'd enjoy the kids activities and we'd get some much needed adult time away.
The short version is this: The Kids Club and Kids Activities were a big disappointment, particularly if you have [stereotypical] boys.
KIDS CLUB

Wow, what a miss that was! ...
The Disney Wonder is indeed wonderful except in one area: Dining. Both the food quality and the dining options were substandard.
When I worked at Disneyland for 3 years we were told that high menu prices are justified ONLY IF the food is first rate. On the Disney Cruise we were served steaks that were tough, shrimp that had a definite bad taste from being too old, dry chicken, and cheaper ...
Having done my last 3 trips on Carnival and Previous to the on Royal Caribbean was very much looking forward to Disney cruise having heard so many positive things about service and experience. While we enjoyed our trip very little impressed us about Disney.
Water Park: Aquduck was very fun and lines were never to long even on a sold out ship
Pool not having salt water was nice as ...
Because my granddaughter is a Disney person and we made her 6th birthday special for her. It was except for that god awful dinner food. I am still I’m shock cause of that food. When people ask me how my cruise was I tell them it was awesome but the food in the main dining I wouldn’t feed to a dog. I’ve never seen so much wasted food as I seen on this cruise. As of right now I would never book ...
We just returned from our family cruise this week on the Disney Magic. Adding insult to injury, I was informed by one of Disney's staff members that this is the last trip for the Disney Magic until it gets entirely rebuilt and modernized.
We spent a week on the Disney Fantasy voyage to the Caribbean in December and found the quality of the food and facilities to be superior to any other cruise ...
