Fantastic service, terrific shows aboard the Disney Dream
"However, on the Dream, our servers IKadek and Iketut learned all 11 of our names just like that, had the drinks we wanted by night two without us having to ask, made sure the 7 year old got her food fast and made her feel extra special each night of the sailing.Now - although we would definitely cruise with Disney again - there is certainly room for improvement in some areas:

We had a concierge room on the 12th floor with easy access to the Concierge Lounge. This was an excellent planning choice. I don't think it was worth the extra $$$$ spent for that category because we didn't use all the services that come with that room category.
