This was our second Disney cruise. The first one we took just before the pandemic in February the month before shut downs started. The first cruise was phenomenal. We felt like we were getting the value for our money and it was MAGIC. The second one was an awful experience. Worse than Carnival. I want to go through the specifics of the "why" behind our deciding this was never going to happen ...
My family and I were on the Disney Fantasy from January 18-January 25, 2020 2 adults, 2 children. First off our excursion in Cozumel got cancelled with no explanation as to why. Our second port/tender stop of Grand Cayman got cancelled but Royal Caribbean was able to tender their guests ashore. Our 3rd port stop of Falmouth Jamaica got cancelled. Other cruise lines were able to stop as well. We ...

We just completed a 7-day cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy, departing April 13th, 2019, and returning April 20th. In short, we saved up for two years for what we believed would be an wonderful and memorable experience, but instead were disappointed by almost every significant aspect of the trip.
The disappointment began almost immediately. After working with the front desk to sign up for a ...
We have a 6-year old granddaughter & thought this would be a great cruise to take with her. However, it turned out to be not so great. The internet is awful, extremely expensive even if all you need to do is to send a short (all word) e-mail to keep our granddaughter's Mom informed about a stomach issue she had. We took an excursion that cost us over $300 for the 3 of us that would not let us ...
My wife and kids went on a Disney Cruise as part of our first vacation with our young kids. From day one we felt like our family was part of a third world country flea market.
Every single person tried to upsale us on all services imaginable. it progressively got worse when my son stepped on a sea shell inside the boat. We went to the Ship emergency room and the nurse gave my wife a disgusted ...
This was our 4th Disney Cruise. It was such a disappointment! In my comments that we left at the end of our cruise, I included 4 pages of items!!! First, the excursions were horrible. We paid just under $1,000 for two excursions and spent more time or transportation than at the actual excursion. I recommended dropping the Mystic Mountain Bobsled and the Xel-Ha resort tours as the docks are so far ...
We chose this cruise for our 2 children! There were six of us (2 grandparents, my husband and I plus 2 kids- 9&11.
We had a midship room with verandah! It was wonderful for us with plenty of room. We were on deck 7- highly recommend the floor. We could take the steps or elevators. Comfortable and great location :)
The food and entertainment were amazing. The ship was beyond clean every ...
We have been on several Disney Cruise vacations in the past and had a wonderful time but this past experience was a huge disappointment. We were on one of the Christmas holiday cruises on the Fantasy and I must say this was the worst vacation by far we have ever experienced. To start with our room was great and the room attendant was wonder, but because of the location of our room we really could ...
Please do not believe Disney's advertising, these are not cruises for adults without children. My wife and I have taken over 50 cruises of 7 days and longer over the last 35 years and have enjoyed cruising over much of the world. This is the first time I told my wife and daughter I would have rather burned a bag of money than had to endure the Disney Cruise Experience.
Had the pleasure of ...
