We have cruised with different cruise lines over the last 15 years. Being a daughter of a Disney fanatic I had to try a Disney cruise for our grandkids. Let’s start with the positives. Our favorite bar to visit was Soul Cat Lounge. Isasias the Lead bartender is excellent and all of the hosts that work with him are the nicest and most friendly people ever! They really made our trip happy even ...

Not bad but not great

We stayed concierge in a one bedroom suite. Overall I would say it wasn’t bad. For starters I have been on other cruises with Silversea and Royal Caribbean but I am not an expert and also never cruised Disney before. Highlights: service is good everywhere. I felt you could always get a drink or food and the staff did things like hold the door for you or concierge helped me bring back drinks to ...

Disappointed Overall

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Disney Wonder

Let me start of by saying I LOVE Disney and all that it entails. That said, my family was overall disappointed with the cruise. We were a group of 20, and the cruise line did great putting us all in the same area and accommodating us at the rotating dinners. We experienced one major issue that was not rectified. The theater below deck six plays movies late into the night. I mean a 10:45 pm ...

We had heard awesome things about Disney Cruise so I booked it last week. We sailed from San Diego to Cabo and back. I've been on many cruises in the past so this was not my first rodeo. It took a very long time to go inside the ship. Lots of waiting around as they wanted us to get in groups vs walking into the ship. The ship itself because it's small, rocked alot. We couldn't sleep first ...

Time to try other cruise lines

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Disney Dream

We are platinum cruisers and have always enjoyed disney cruises. This was our first cruise since the pandemic and so much has changed. Our cabin attendant was the best we ever had. However, the dining service and food was mediocre. The staff was stressed and it took forever to get our food. There was minimal interaction with the servers and they were forgetful. The food has definitely taken a ...

First Disney Cruise and loved it!

This was our first Disney cruise and it was a lot of fun! We had very high expectations because of the price, of course, and we’re leaving the cruise feeling that most of those were met! The service was of course exemplary, as to be expected. Everyone we met was nice and kind. Of course, this has been our experience on other cruise lines as well. TIPS- Disney people are outgoing, friendly, but ...

AMAZING experience

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Disney Fantasy

We had an amazing family vacation on the Disney Fantasy. While other cruise lines are cutting back on service, the service on Disney is still top-notch. We sailed in a Deluxe family verandah room on Deck 7 midship and our cabin was immaculate. For a 10+ year old ship, it is still in beautiful condition and the staff works around the clock to maintain it. For comparison, we sailed Thanksgiving ...

Great service, poor food

We are family of four 10 year old boy and 10 month boy. The service we received was for sure 5 star. However the food was horrible at ever restaurant. ( did not go to Palo or Remy). The service a little slow but not an issue just the food. I never finish a meal and I tried almost all meals offer between my wife and son. They also did not enjoy the food. It was very much mostly same taste from ...

Loved the Disney Dream!

This was our first Disney cruise without our children and we loved it to celebrate my 60th birthday. The Dream is a a beautiful ship! We've been on the Fantasy too, but for some reason we really enjoyed the Dream more. The entertainment was top notch and the food was amazing! Our last cruise was with RC and RC simply cannot compare to Disney in food or entertainment. We had a balcony stateroom, ...

Disappointment for adults

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Disney Dream

Took my granddaughters on this very expensive cruise and it was not at all what we expected. The television in the room is very small, there is no water to drink inside cabin, the ship rocks and makes noises all night (regardless of cabin size). On the positive side the bed is comfortable and practical in that you can store the luggage under it. Pillows are decent. Cabin has nice size bathroom ...
