Disney charges quite a premium over other cruise lines. I found a date that was relatively affordable for Disney so I booked it. I travel with my husband and adult daughter which usually requires a mini-suite or suite on most other lines. Disney Cruise Line introduced Pixar-themed cruise for winter 2023, replacing Star Wars Day at sea. Overall, the concept is well executed and would have broader appeal than Star Wars, while also attracting a very different crowd. Kids are much younger, which means that the two teens clubs are not as busy.

This was our 27th Disney cruise. We sailed Conceige. Room was a 5. Stewardess a 5. Conceige staff a 5. Restraunts a 1 at best. 45 minutes to get appetizer. 90 minutes to get main. Cold at that. I ate snacks two of the three nights because of the quality, or frustration after 90 minutes. Wife got food poisoning on meal we ate.

Overall, The Wish is a good ship. There are some really beautiful spaces, and the staterooms are very thoughtfully designed, with lots of useful storage space.
