We wanted to celebrate our 30th in style so we chose Cunard.
They did not disappoint. Great service , sparkly rooms ,lots of activities, fabulous food and free laundry.

The boat looked splendid as she was recently refreshed. She was freshly painted on the exterior and looked amazing. The interior refresh included some new soft goods such as carpets and upholstery, however as expected there are still some areas that need repair.

A quick review of our Southampton to New York QM2 crossing, 19-26 Nov.

Cabin - This time we were in cabin next door to where we stayed last year. Everything was well maintained, clean, and plenty of space and storage for our 34 night cruise.

know we have enough but Cunard is dropping there offer and standards! Cost saving
- No chocolates in room on arrival or any nights inc gala night - have they stopped them
- No Welcome drinks party from the captain! But was on the Victoria in July and they did the party- so why not now

We LOVED our trip in the Queens Grill arbors the Queen Mary 2. What a magnificent ship. Our penthouse suite was beautifully appointed with every luxury we could want, including a bathtub long enough for my 6’2” frame to stretch out in.
