Our embarkation was a complete nightmare!!! The cruise was delayed 6 hrs, totally understandable given the circumstances. What wasn’t ok was the chaos that was referred to as embarkation. We thought it be nice to spend a week on QM2 and booked two Queen's Grill suites to travel with my family. However starting with a horrific boarding experience the cruise barley got any better for us.
