The ship has become tired looking, in particular on the outside. The first impression is rusty and a tad shabby. It can now longer be described as luxurious (there are too many truly luxurious ships out there now).

What a horrible location. I have sailed on QM2 many many times and usually ask for a balcony cabin in the Forward Section of the ship. If you have a Disability like me with wearing an Air-Cast Boot and partly blind with a cane the staff won't help you and not even at the terminal in Brooklyn, NY.

This was my third time on QM2- I was on the cruise last year to the Carrib. I feel that things are slipping on this ship. The food was just awful at my 8:30 sitting in Brittania. we didn't have to fly and we had been on the ship before. This was the fourth time we had been on the QM2 and it is certainly not what it used to be.
The service in Britannia was excellent as always but the service in the kings court was lackadaisical.
On previous cruises we never felt that the drinks were over-priced but that is certainly not the case now.
