This was our 6th voyage aboard. First since the Re-Mastering in 2016 .
The Service and general ambience continued very good as expected .
Dining also was as good as it gets.
Kings Court improvements were well received by most .
Caronia Lounge was also a big improvement over the old , very underutilized Winter Garden.

We traveled from Quebec City to New York (Brooklyn). The ship was in very good condition, with a very comfortable bed in our balcony room (deck 12). For a 150,000 tons size with only 3,000 passengers onboard, you will never feel over crowded on that ship. Its the most stable ship for people who are prone to motion sickness. Staff smile and greet us every time. Top notch service, food, and space.

The Queen Mary 2 is a magnificent ship, our cabin and steward was wonderful. The late embarkation was quick and easy except that some ships elevators were not working, which was a common problem throughout the cruise.

The problem with the QM2 is that the food quality has deteriorated markedly since I went on it once before in 2011.

WE chose this ship because of the ballroom dancing, so many other ships have discontinued this activity. The dance floor is large, there is an Orchestra and a vocalist, every night at 9:30 PM, and over a 2 week period there were 4 Tea dances. This is a little late in the evening for older people, but we adjusted our internal clocks and did it.
