Single port visit! Prefer more time in a single port to hopping from port to port with little time to explore in each one. Unfortunately, this ship is too large. We had long waits at elevators, entertainment venues were too small to accommodate enough passengers. Embarkation & disembarking were atrocious taking too much time too check-in, too far to walk to gangway & nowhere to sit for a break. Booze bars were the main feature of the ship along with ‘In Your Face’ gambling. A central section of the ship is open to 3 decks allowing smoke to permeate throughout including the waiting area/entrances to 2 of the complimentary dining facilities. 3 young, unsupervised hellions were allowed to run amuck up & down our passageway sounding like a herd of elephants & using loud, nasty language throughout the cruise. Although fun, the lines for the water slides was overly long & inefficient. Enjoyed the Ropes Course & Zip Line. Although the food was well prepared & tasty, there was a lack of variety from day to day & was occasionally served at room temperature. Not enough hot tubs! They were constantly overpacked like sardines. Dinner music in the main dining room was excellent. Read Less

I heard Escape is a good ship so went on it. Very bad don't go on Escape take some other ship or cruise line. Food is bad I am not picky, still had trouble to find what to eat. Ate cause had to eat s.t. tasteless food, over cooked. Basically every day same menu omelet, chicken, pork, pastries mostly terrible. Tried other dining options same thing over cooked, salty and I am not picky one but struggled to find some thing good ( always failed ). Ate cause must to eat. Got inside cabin very small (been on other cruises), bed is not even, one leg is higher. They said ship has big screens but they never showed any movies on it. Very disorganized, bad crew management. Service like room cleaning, dining crew is o.k. Embarkation was organized poorly. At disembarkation they make us walk in line almost half a ship (still could not understand why they did that. To suffer more. People with cane and old had to stand and walk that long. Totally disappointed with whole cruise. Escape from Escape people. Read Less

This was the worst cruise experience ever!!! The service was terrible from room cleaning to bar service. The attitude on board was horrible. We were sent through lightning storms and rough seas for 6 out of seven days. Arrived to Bermuda a day late with no explanation. Rained and stormed all but one day where we were told to be back on ship by 2:30. Why this ship was not redirected to another port makes no sense. In my opinion it was so reckless. My children were left with nothing to do but play overpriced games at arcade racking up hundreds of dollars in costs per swipe on each console. No apologies were offered aboard. Also the nerve of ncl to charge $3 per pancho when we tried to exit ship in pouring rain. So in my opinion you took us into a storm for more than half the trip and made more money because of it. Nice. Read Less
