This was our 10th Celebrity cruise and 22nd overall. Both my wife and I thought this was one of our best trips. The ship is in excellent condition and while it is a few years old, no one would be the wiser. The staff where all great and went out of their way to say hello and provide great service. The food in the main dinning room did not disappoint. It was always cooked to order and very good. At breakfast, we tried the Elite offering in the Tuscan grill, it was good but nothing exceptional. We also ordered room service once, very good and as we asked. Breakfast in the main dinning room was by far the best. Tuscan Grill- Here is a different story. After paying $55/pp we were expecting an excellent dinning experience. I am sad to report we didn't care for the food or the lack of service. The restaurant was busy that day and probably understaffed for the number of guest. However, the smaller tables deserve the same service as the larger tables. At one point after waiting 45min for a glass of wine, I had to leave and get one on my own in the bar on the 4th floor. If this happened (it never did) in the main dinning room, it wouldn't have been an issue. But when you are paying a premium for dinner it should never happen. All in all, I would save your money and try Qsine or Sushi on 5. Unfortunetly, they did away with Bistro on 5, it was excellent for the value. Gym- Excellent with free waits up to 50lbs and lots of cardio machines. Drink package- it was my first time with a package, it was good but impossible to get your moneys worth even with bottle water, coffee and drinks. They know what they're doing and know the price is a money maker. It was nice not to have to sign and worry about each drink, so I would consider it again. Ports- Key West was nice and very upscale. We shopped and went to Willie T's. Great place to eat and people watch. Cozumel- We went to Mr. Sancho's on our own. We paid $55/pp for an AI all day. The food was great and the beach and facilities very nice. It was a bit crowded for me as there were 7 ships in port. I would return or do something less crowded. Sea days- There were plenty of chairs and sun for everyone. At the aft of the ship on deck 11 there is a very cool outdoor cinema and lots of covered lounging. It is a very comfortable place to hangout for the day. Entertainment- We did not attend any fo the produced shows. I guess I have been on my share of cruises and have seen enough productions. We did however follow the acoustic singer Nikki throughout the week. She was really great and we enjoyed listening to her. Final thoughts: We were glad to back on Celebrity, they seem to go a bit above the others in terms of service and effort. We loved the Infinity and would go on her again. Read Less

My family wanted to celebrate some life events, a 60th birthday, a 10th anniversary. We came together from all over the country, 13 of us. The Celebrity Infinity is an older, smaller vessel. It is a lovely ship that is showing it's age. Our cabin, 6022, was a small, balcony cabin. The balcony is very nice and long. We actually had our cabin steward get us a lounge chair. The paint is peeling on the rails of the balcony. Inside our cabin the curtains are fading and the bed skirt was soiled and torn. There is adequate storage space, but not enough electric outlets. Small bathroom, nice shower. We had to have the air conditioning repaired. The MDR, Trellis on 4th deck was not prepared for our family, even though they were informed well in advance of this sailing what our needs were. We had to move after seating started. Service that 1st night was fair. We waited a long time for drinks and food. The food, once served, was very good. We ate in Luminae on day 2. It was just okay. Day 3 we ate in Tuscan Grill. It was excellent. Day 4 MDR, was excellent. I particularly enjoyed Il Bacio. Entertainment was just okay except for night 3. There was a singer from Las Vegas who was AMAZING!! I wish I could remember her name. Service for the most part was as expected. My only BIG complaint was in the photo shop. We had a photographer who was assisting my cousin. When she did not quite understand the "terms and conditions" for purchasing 6 photos to be sent to her email. He became quite insulting and asked those of us with her if "she always is the one who looks like a deer in the headlights?" He was not being funny as he said it again. The person he was referring to is an attorney and BTW had booked the Penthouse and Sky Suites. Not a good idea to be that nasty to anyone, but how about to the person who spent the most money on the ship? Our two ports, Key West and the Bahamas were fun. My husband an I went on a privately booked food tour in Nassau that was outstanding. My cousins went to Pearl island. So, not the best cruise we've been on, but certainly not the worst. We are Elite with Celebrity, so we have cruised quite a bit. Read Less

We chose the Infinity again to be with our friends. We sailed on Infinity last year, it was much better then. The public areas are tired and worn. Lots of rust visable. The Dinning room has slipped a lot. It took much too long to get water and bread on the table. The menu is boring and the portion sizes are too small. It was just boring and dull. I just don't understand why the bread baskets are coming out of the kitchen 10 to 15 minutes after we were seated. Also we all had the drink package and generally had a hard time finding a waiter to get a drink. The casino is way to tight. I expect to lose money, but sometimes I made 20 to 25 spins and got nothing back. On the good side, our cabin steward was great, he took wonderful care of us. Melody should be commended. Read Less
