Even though our trip started under a Coronavirus cloud, we were able to make it just under the wire, with all of the cruise warnings. The Infinity did a wonderful job with near constant cleaning, Purell stations everywhere, temperature checks before boarding. We were able to get a great deal with perks in Aqua class and loved our cabin. Sure, you could tell in some areas that it is ready for a renovation, but that was not an issue in any way. I cannot say enough good things about the crew. We ate almost every meal, breakfast and dinner, in Blu. The food was amazing, and our wait staff became family by the end of the week. Since I had not been on a Celebrity cruise before, I was not familiar with what type of entertainment they would have. But, we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted. There was always an activity or class in which we could get involved. My cousin loved it so much (it was her first cruise) that we have a deposit down on a future cruise, destination to be determined. Read Less

Even upgrading to Aqua Class Didn't help. Room service didn't answer the phone!; Canyon Ranch spa was not near as advertised, it was dirty and smelly, and service was non-existent. Complaints wire answered with: You call room service and just let it ring: what do you expect when there's only one person answering the phone. Security procedures coming back onboard really killed the moment, and we lost a sweater. We got the run-around for two days to no avail, even after management saying "Security will call you back within one hour." The embarkation team didn't offer to take our luggage, and mostly ignored passengers, mostly sitting down! They were unavailable for questions and service. The "shows" were mostly awful. The health did shops were only open limited hours, but plenty of bars were open all the time. Getting bottled water was even challenging. Didn't expect to have to forage for and port water daily - and we were signed up for Premium Beverage service. Room service actually LIED, we found it later, and said they don't provide bottled water, even with expensive premium drink Package! And they were disrespectful. As a bonus, the last day turned into a captive-audience, prideful demonstration of gay and lesbian power, complete with YMCA-Spinning DJ and gay men all over each other in the pool and on deck chairs. Or you could go to your cabin and order room service. It was not advertised as a gay and lesbian cruise. The overall value, especially given that we upgraded, was absolutely terrible. This was our first and last cruise EVER. Read Less

We went on this cruise because we couldn't pass up a great deal. This was our first time in an Aqua Class stateroom. We have done a concierge class once and other times we choose veranda rooms. It was nice having the slightly larger shower, the slippers, 3 Celebrity bags and expanded room service. We had breakfast delivered once and enjoyed it on our veranda, but the food was meh. We never visited the spa. We went to Blu for breakfast the last 3 days of our cruise and it was really nice. The service was amazing. We dined at Blu for every dinner. We were able to have the same servers, Aleksander & Krisna, each night so they remembered what we liked. Fernando, the sommelier was fantastic! He suggested some wonderful wines and had a heavy pour. He also led the wine tasting on a sea day that even my husband who is not a wine drinker enjoyed. We learned a lot and had fun. I would suggest it. We upgraded to the Drinks & More package since it was only $9/day/person more. I don't think we would do it again if it cost any more. We missed the wine tasting that was included (dummies) and we don't usually drink in our stateroom. We enjoyed the beverages in our minibar but it didn't make a big difference. The only thing I didn't really like about Blu was the bread was more on the healthy side as well as the butter. In the MDR, you get 3 types of butter with some delicious bread. In Blu, you get butter and 2 vegetable dips. It's healthier, but when I'm on vacation, I like to go all out on what I eat. We ate at the buffet a couple times. It's the buffet, nothing to write home about. The people working there were very nice and kept it clean. The rest of the ship was in pretty good shape despite what others have reported. It was clean. It's showing its age a little but it didn't bother us. I thought the crew was all very friendly and eager to help. Gareth at the pool bar made the best drinks. Get the creamsicle, it's amazing. The martini bar was fun and they had VERY heavy pours. The only show we went to was like the Newly Wed Game. I don't remember what they called it. I was fun but not as funny as it is on Royal ships. We visited the gym. It was too hot in there for my liking. We got our workouts in and it got the job done. I liked the cool towels. Getting on and off the ship were super fast and easy. We had to go through customs in Key West and that was a breeze as well. We went before they were scanning everyone's temperature so I can't comment on that. We didn't do any Celebrity excursions. Overall, great ship, WONDERFUL service and people on board. I would recommend it. Read Less
